Relaxing ambience for a eat in. Fast, friendly and accurate service. The pasta dish had a fantastic creamy sauce (Tortellini Alla Panna).They got the pizza right.. base well baked with generous toppings. Definitely recommend.

THIS WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The food was awesome and the service was perfect. They had hot delicious rolls on the table when we got there and replenished them before our food came out of the kitchen. Our server was Erica. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce (and to my surprise, there was much more food than I expected!) for $8.95. The flavor was amazing! Honestly I would rather eat there any day than to eat at Olive Garden. The prices for the amount of food was awesome, and the servers are super friendly. Definitely give this place a try! It’s amazing.

We were always going to Val’s and loved it. Then we went there one day for an early birthday dinner and the rudeness of waitress and manager was totally unacceptable. We were told to leave once we were seated. Manager said they were not going to cook anything else and they were closing. The waitress repeated the same thing and was really a smart a$$. We left and went to Chili’s where service was great and so was food. Such a shame. This place could be a total success and bring in the bucks if the customer service were better and manager had a passion for his business. More people must be feeling this way as well as we had noted over our last few visits there was a drop in customer numbers. I regret we did a Christmas dinner for 14 and spent almost $500.00 that night on food and $100 tip. Will not be going back anytime soon if ever.

Went to eat here for the first time today. I want to start off by saying our server Nicole was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable, friendly and on point for everything we needed!!! Now the food. Everything from the fresh bread to the pasta was fresh and Amazing!!!! Food was served within about 15 minutes of ordering and was hot fresh and delicious. The price was fair for the quality and amount of food + service we got. I would highly recommend eating here!

I thought Napolis’ food was fantastic! I’m not usually a big fan of Italian food – but they have totally changed my mind! I’ve been 3 times now and each time was a fabulous food experience! I’m very allergic to tomatoes and not once have I had any issues eating there – they have been excellent in catering to my needs. The staff are friendly and attentive – the portions are huge. The last time I had shrimp in vodka cream sauce for my meal – it’s actually an appetizer but I was completely full! If you haven’t tried it you are MISSING OUT!

Sad atmosphere to be honest. The service was inadequate. The waiters are unfamiliar with their menu and failed to provide good service. In fact, the waiter I had gave me wrong information regarding the meal I ordered and didn’t even apologize or explain the issue. Been here a couple of times to give them enough chances to earn my loyalty. Not happy with this establishment, I would not recommend eating here. The food is okay but not great to continue eating here.

Their bread and oil sauce is wonderful. So soft and warm. The service has always been excellent and the food is delicious. I’ve eaten there so many times. The drive from Longview is worth it.

Probably the best Italian food in the Kilgore area. Everything I’ve had (pizza, lasagna, sausage&pasta special) has been great. Their salads are ok but the bread they bring out is absolutely delightful.
