The new papa bowls taste fine but the serving size is ridiculous small. Ordered two different bowls, Garden vegetables and a Italian trio. Both of these servings in the photos are with nothing ate from them before the photos were taken, just moved the food to one side.

I placed and order on the App and due to a miss understanding the order was canceled. But when I called the store Avalon Park Papa Johns the manager was so attentive and when I got to the store he was able to process the order. And the pizzas were ready quickly and good as always.

Every time we order from this location, we’ve had a problem. Not enough sauce, too much sauce, raw dough, and burnt wings with no sauce. After 4 or 5 visits, we gave them a chance but will go somewhere else from now on.

I’ve had some awful experiences from getting pizza for takeout, but this definitely takes the crown for worst pizza I’ve ever received. I don’t know whether to be disappointed or impressed, but I do know that I’m not ordering from this location ever again. The only good thing about this was the priceless expression of the employee when I opened the box to show them the monstrosity which was the pizza delivered to me.

It is Sunday. It is not raining. Tonight my order took a long time and the pizza came and was barely warm. We had to heat it up. I got a message that the pizza was on its way and it took an extra 30 minutes to get here. We are literally ten minutes from the store, so not pleased that it took so long. No apologies when I called. Just – they had other orders to deliver. Then do not tell me it is on the way. It took close to an hour and a half to get our pizza.
