I didn’t realize there was a Straw Hat Pizza in Hayward? So I ordered online and went to pick it up. The girl at the register told me they were out of the pasta and garlic bread? This place must get really busy for them to run out of food at 3:00 in the afternoon? I asked if I’m able to switch pastas and bread? She had no problem. In fact, she made sure i got some bread and an equivalent plate of pasta. She was very pleasant and very helpful, which is rare these days. The pizza was good, but not when it’s cold (for me). The twisty bread I enjoyed. I can say it was worth the money.

Got garlic chicken pizza, twists & mozzarella sticks. Everything was so bad, couldn’t finish. Bread was not cooked thoroughly, tasted weird, mozzarella sticks were dried out & tasted like a week old ones..

Great place for dinner with family, hanging out with big groups, having a party. They have video games to keep kids busy and a lot of tvs to watch whatever game NBA, NFL, MLB or NHL is playing. Pizza is good and we love that the salad bar is fresh, clean and has freshly chopped lettuce. Not bagged stuff.
