They need to get their act together. The place was loaded with people just sitting there waiting for their orders while other orders sat stacked on the counter unclaimed. The online ordering system doesn’t represent the actual wait time. And they left an entire meal out of our order. Didn’t notice until we got home. And they don’t know how to process a refund. Convenient!
