In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I can’t believe I’m even giving one star. My Dad stopped by around 12pm today and got a chili dog. Due to the smell he of course didn’t/couldn’t eat it but, in disguise that you would serve that. I hope no one got sick. You have lost a customer.

Honestly this place should be better with who works at their establishment! They shouldn’t hire ppl that don’t care about their customers. I literally just watched an employee slam the door in a ladies face who just wanted to order. This is the second time the foods been thrown at me. One thing I will say is their food is good that’s the only thing I have going for them. I want to address that they were like five employees and they had one older man doing everything which is very wrong. He was doing the drive-through register the front register, dropping the food getting the food bag and the food. Honestly, those other people should go and he should get a raise. Thank you.

I went there in a whim,wanted to try it out here in Georgia-I pulled up and parked.Went to the order window,and mind you I could see the employees inside- I waited,and Waited,5 mins,no biggie… Ten mins,I’m Kind of frustrated-15 mins go by- They’re still inside,two of them Obviously saw me,at this point I was knocking,over the music I could hear From the Cellphone.They laughed at me,through the order window.I waited 20 minutes ,and decided that was ample time ,sufficient enough to warrant this Poor review- I’ve never in my 45 years Had Been treated this way,sad thing was,as I sat in my truck,wondering what just happened,I saw another vehicle,park and Start towards the order window- It want 1 minute,the window opened,and they began to place their order- It’s safe to say,that each and every Checkers I’ve been to,Texas to Georgia,I’ve never experienced that,I feel it’s because I’m A Saltine American,Because the Employees were of color,and So was the Folks that came in behind me- Needless to say,it’s 2023,Not 1883,and it was the single handed Worst Experience

If I could give it no star I would. The customer service was not nice. The cashier had an attitude before I even start ordering and than didn’t do my order right. When I let them know the order was wrong they continued to try to say it was basically my fault. Instead of just apologizing or at least try to correct the mistake so I would not recommend this one especially at night.

Fast food is available here. Like machines, these women are. It won’t be an issue at all to get those orders up and running. They treat you courteously and professionally and don’t act like it’s your first time at a Checkers when you use the drive-through. The fact that there were four cars in front of me, five people in line, and at least five delivery personnel picking up orders made the wait less bothersome for me since I was just impressed at how well they coordinated. You all worked hard and, in my opinion, deserve a good wage, therefore I hope they do. Continue providing excellent service, a positive attitude, and outstanding job. Such workers are more than necessary.

I guess I received bad experience from a manager and thats why they’re hiring managers? manager man needs an attitude check, no reply to have a nice day from cashier; attitude check, i asked for fries they charged me extra for a medium, cashier was not as bad as manager but still bad, I don’t get they said they hired they hired new management and that it was going to be better, not seeing the difference they are just as bad as the others, I had to go back cause they didnt give me the sauces, & how is it that the cashier has better attitude then the manager right off the bat

Some people may not like the A.I. I was fine with it. It easily understood my order and was pleasant. Food was amazing as always. Worker didn’t say anything to me, even when I said thank you. General atmosphere see.ed below par.
