Kinda worried that my food wasn’t cooked properly. Tasted good enough, but the cook himself came to the drive through window, with his gloves still on, opened the window to ask me what sauce I wanted on my Buffalo Chicken sliders….. And then told me to pull up….

Edit June 2023 : wishing I could change the star from 3 to 1.. as you can see I’m still giving them a chance. Pulled in 11:40ish-am no one was ahead of me in line, only two cars in the parking lot. When I was waiting at the window, two vehicles came behind me so they asked me to pull up. I’m figuring they’re maybe waiting on curly fries, but when I got my bag nearly 10 minutes later the fries were barely warm, which I didn’t realize until I had driven off the property. Had a short 8 minute drive home and unwrapped my gyro to find out it was just barely warm, with less meat than I remember. No excuse for my wait if you’re going to give me cold food. It’s almost like somebody ordered online and didn’t pick it up so they gave it to me. And The last gyro I had here a few weeks ago the meat was dry and hard.

I have not been to Arby’s in a long while. I use to love their Roast Beef Gyros. OMG first I got sticker shock. I know stuff have went up but wow they are crazy expensive for what you get. I purchased the rb slider and small fry. Neither is worth the money especially that baby size fry for $2.79 are you serious. The rb doesn’t taste like it did. They have big huge pot holes in the drive when you pull in. What’s really going on here, very sad. I give them 6 months they will start closing locations. The quality/quantity have gone down but prices are up. After seeing those high prices, I’m cool…

Said they were making fresh fries so we waited ! Gave us our food and my Sandwich was wrong I was like ok I still have fries ,covered them in ketchup,took a bite and barfed because the ketchup was expired !!! It’s really not that hard to get a order right and check expirations,if I could give 0 stars I would ,not to mention I’m pregnant and eating expired ketchup could make me sick
