It looked as if they had just gotten a rush of business they were cooking meat and bagging chips. The workers were polite and friendly. We got our order quickly. The food was fresh and plentiful! Some of the chips were more cooked than others, but all were salty and delicious. They prepared all orders to go… odd.

Don’t bother coming in if they close within an hour or two. They’ll just stop making the food at some point even if it’s still busy. They end up scraping the bottom of the pans for your toppings if you dine-in instead of refilling them. If you order online they might just leave it out all together. I’ve had this happen to me a total of 3x now. This last time I’d ordered and was charged for a Barbacoa taco and they left out the MEAT, as well as most of my toppings. It looked like someone threw some old rice, beans, and pico on a tortilla and called it a day. Do better chipotle

Gone here a couple times and haven’t had too many complaints, however, after visiting tonight I will not be going back. Walked in, had two people ahead of me and took a solid 15 minutes for them to finally make my burrito bowl, there were 8 employees standing next to the register all on their phones and one girl making the bowls. They were out of just about everything and the beans looked like they had been sitting out for a few days and were dried out and lettuce was brown, and chips were very stale. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. After reading other reviews it’s safe to say you’re better off eating somewhere else.

If I could give this no stars I would. Ghetto delivery service (aka door dash) brought me this $30 bowl of garbage. When I order and pay for extra ingredients and then just give me whatever, never again. If I wanted something just slopped together with no care I would have ordered McDonald’s, and no I haven’t eaten out of this. It showed up like this. Lost my business. Get it together.

I typically love chipotle, but Adrian chipotle can never seem to get it right. Today is the third time in the last few months that the rice in my bowl is all undercooked & crunchy.. making the meal basically inedible since it’s all been mixed together. It’s brown rice, which I know can have a different texture than white, but they were completely out of cooked white rice.

Didn’t even order went in there and the place was a mess, continued to stay in line and then watched a worker drop a cup on the floor and proceeded to put it on the take out shelf for a customer. Was highly disappointed and disgusted by the cleanliness and left.
