Went through the drive through and they made everything in our order a large when we didn’t ask for large. When we were asking the guy at the drive through the manager heard us and walked away. Had to bring it up to another girl Nd she went and got the manager. She came back over opened the window and said well I need your card back and when we questioned what the “local promo” up charge was… it was a frosty we didn’t order. Manager gave a lot of mm-hmms and was pretty rude.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce because i’m allergic to gluten which is the breading on the chicken. After we got to the window it was not grilled chicken. I told them that I couldn’t eat this and they didn’t care. They said they didn’t have grilled chicken after I get it every time I come. They were rude about it. So I went inside and told them and they said they could not do anything about it. So they told me I could get something else and pay the difference and she charged me for the whole salad I ended up getting. This place is the worst Wendy’s that I have been to. Then not to mention they didn’t give me the large fry that I payed for.

I Must Admit The Food Is Good And Hot. Ordered The New Italian Mozzarella Chicken Combo. But The Cashier Customer Service Was Very Poor. She Has The Attitude Of Not Being A “People Person”.. Along With The Rest Of The Team. Normally When Entering Any Restaurant, Workers Will Greet And Speak.. This Includes The On Shift Manager As Well. They Are More About Cracking Jokes And Laughing Then Doing Duties. If I Was To Return, It Will Surely Be For The FOOD. We Ordered To Take Out But Lately Decided To Dine-In.. Must I Say I’ve Should Have Remained Heading Towards The Door.. The Tables And Counters Wasn’t Wiped Down Not Areas Swepted. The Atmosphere Is Not Welcoming And Customer Service Is Disappointing.

Stopped by this location on my way home tonight and went through the drive thru. This was my first time eating at this location. The drive thru was real quick! The employee who took my order was very welcoming, clear and friendly. I ordered a small chocolate frosty and a small fries. Both were very delicious. The fries were not over salted which was great, just the right amount. best part, they were hot and fresh just as I would have expected. Keep up the excellent work you guys! I’ll definitely be back again soon

Just left the drive-thru had the best experience at Wendy’s I’ve ever had Tyler greeted me and was super friendly and smiled while giving me my food all the food was Super Fresh and good very tasty I wanted to be sure to leave feedback because in this life sometimes all we hear are negative things it’s really nice to see someone really take care of the customer like this Wendy’s did today! If I could give no stars on a review I would! Went to pickup my online order got home and was missing an item on my order, missing the double to my burger it was a single and my kids meal was short a nugget on top of everything being cold and hard. Normally I wouldn’t make it a big deal but 35$ on a fast food meal I expect to at least have what I ordered. I called the store to tell them what happened and the manager immediately stated the workers said they put everything in the bag! Why would I waste my time calling if I got all my food! She was just giving me what they were saying instead of being a manager and listening and giving a solution. Horrible food and customer service.
