Never left a review on a restaurant before but I have to say this place has great potential, the food is delicious and cooked with love but the service is ridiculously bad. Me and my family went out to eat with 6 people and the server who was a female basically tossed our menus and utensils in the middle of the table , didn’t care to change her attitude when talking to customers and didn’t check up on us once she gave us the food. Today we ordered takeout and it was good but they had forgotten to give us another part of our meal so we had to drive back to pick it up so if you get food from here I suggest you order takeout and double check the bag before you leave. But again the food is great!

I’ve tried twice to order food for lunch here, but they don’t want my money. First instance they’d run out of both chicken and rice (bummer) and second time the woman was rude and wouldn’t help me with my limited Spanish comprehension. I’m okay with them not wanting to help I guess, but then why is the menu printed in English?

Did take out and ordered ceviche de pescado with 2 quarts of chicha morada. Very flavorful and the lady taking our order was super nice! Food is fantastic, will definitely return again

The food is good the service not. The waiter just came take a order and never come back after served the food. Need to look for him to have the check.He was talking to another server mind his business instead of serve the business. Next time maybe next time order to pickup.

Ecstatic that they opened here PEEKSKILL. As I’ve visited this franchise before at two other locations, both Ossining and Mamaroneck White Plains. I’ve eaten here at the Peekskill location least 6 times. Four times was a great experience fresh food. I had one negative experience out of the six times and that was the ceviche was not fresh and smelled spoiled. Other times I never had a problem with the ceviche and it’s usually great. It was just that one time. Upon complaining however, I was NOT offered a refund. Person said that they would let the cook know.

I have gone a couple of times and I really liked the food but the last time I went the experience was very bad, I don’t know if they changed the cook, but it was super bad. I asked for a jelly and it had nothing to do with the ones they served before.
