This is a very solid local restaurant. The sushi is good and the real pleasant surprise is how strong the Korean selections are. Not a giant selection of alcohol but enough to tame the fire of some of the excellent spicy Korean bowls.

By far the worst shrimp tempura sushi roll I ever had. It only had shrimp seaweed and rice. Never had a sushi roll with no vegetables, The batter was not even crunchy 19 dollars wasted first and last time I eat here.. the only thing I enjoyed was the coke it was really cold lol

Ordered 2 sushi rolls and pad Thai for dinner to go for 2 people for $50. The confirmation email did not have a pickup time, so my girlfriend went to pick it up after 25 minutes. When she got there, the host said it would only be another 5 minutes. It ended up taking another 40 minutes. During that time, the host said “you could have waited at home, we text you when the food is ready.” My girlfriend asked how she was supposed to know that. The host said “well no one else seems to have a problem with it.” Just an extremely rude comment. I wouldn’t come back if only for the service.

When my husband has band rehearsal, it’s eat-out-night for the kids and I. We often go to Village sushi because: the food is great, the facility is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and noise level is low so it’s easy to have a conversation. And they have yummy mochi! Great place!!
