Super delicious German food in a beautiful space. Inside enjoy the dark stained wood with high backed chairs or benches. Outside looked like great outdoor seeing – like a bier garden. They’re currently decorated up for October fest 9/20-10/24 or something.

The best German food I have had outside of Europe. This place is phenomenal. Everything was prepared to perfection and the drinks were excellent. Highly recommended. It was packed when we arrived right after opening, so definitely reserve your seats (we did).

I absolutely loved my experience at Bronwyn. I used to come here a lot when it was Chauncey’s, so my expectations were really high when I saw this replaced it. Needless to say my expectations were exceeded. Bronwyn has delicious, authentic German cuisine. They have a lot of great options on the menu, and I chose the bronburger. This wonderful burger had beef brisket, slab bacon, aged cheddar, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, and cucumbers on a delectable German bun. Everything blended together very well and tasted so delicious. It was no surprise to hear this restaurant is chef owned. I also like that they added a large back patio with plenty of seating and a stage. The atmosphere overall was very pleasant, the service was excellent, food was exquisite, staff was friendly, and prices weren’t too bad. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I highly recommend going to Bronwyn for a wonderful, authentic German meal.

I was driving by on a nice day and was interested in the “beer garden” sign to stop. I was delighted to realize this was a full service restaurant with charming German decor, a thoughtful German inspired food menu, and an excellent selection of German beers on draft and on tap – a rarity these days for a beer lover. The wine and cider list is also thoughtful. My husband is a cocktail drinker and enjoyed a unique drink with specialty German liquor. Our bartender, Paige, gave us excellent hospitality. I look forward to returning.

We sat at the bar on Friday afternoon, the bartender was very accommodating and fun. I had a craft beer and my husband had a specialty drink, some type of mule which was excellent. The soft pretzel with dipping sauces was delicious. The atmosphere is great, the ambient noise level is low, the bar is conducive to conversations between parties, the lighting is soft, we can’t wait to return!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The pickled eggs, charcuterie and pierogi starters were all so delicious while also complex. Our entrees were also all incredible. We left so full that we got dessert to go (also phenomenal.) Our server, I wish I caught her name, was very informative, knowledgeable and very attentive; especially since we were very new to the terms. 1000% will go back.

We were in Vermont for a wedding and were lucky enough to have dinner at Bronwyn’s restaurant. Bronwyn was very attentive and told us all about the menu and the restaurant’s background. The food was wonderful and felt authentically German. I had the sauerbraten mit reibekuchen und schokoladenmousse (that’s the beef brisket, potato pancake, and dark chocolate mousse with poached cherries). Absolute perfection.
