In the area and thought we’d check this place out! Went on a Saturday early evening, no one was in there, the 2 employees were quick to greet us and seated us. Slightly disappointed that we were not told of the specials and the special board was located under the corner, not easily visible from where we were seated. Ordered off the menu, the nachos were amazing! I tried the fried avocado taco, it was good, but definitely needed some seasoning or hot sauce, of which there was none on any of the tables & the fish taco, thus was delicious! It had a mango salsa and lots of flavor! Daughter has the chicken quesadilla, she said hers was just ok. Husband had the steak fajita, his was delicious! Hubby ordered refried beans and was brought a bowl of black beans, which he doesn’t care for. Horchata was EXCELLENT. Overall food was good, but expensive. Everything is served ala carte, there were not sauces offered to us and would have asked but server only checked on us once toward the end of the meal. Server was friendly. Was fun to try once, but we probably won’t go back.

Oh wow. Some of the best tacos I’ve every had. Everything was super fresh, plentiful, and creative. I had all 3 special tacos (I was hungry!). The pesto portobello taco…was AMAZING. The other two tacos (steak and shrimp) were also very good.

Tacos are still good but lacking in the actual filling the tortilla depatment. About a year ago this place was 10 times better the food came with comp chips and salsa but as of today it was basically cold garbage. Asked for nachos to have extra everything and got chips with lettuce and tomatoes along with barely any meat. No chips and or salsa or any hot sauce with anything that was ordered and wasn’t even asked if we wanted any either. On top of that food arrived cold Overall it’s basically a taco place for the students in whitewater but aside from that I wouldn’t bother with any of it at all. Won’t be going back, ordering or recommending them to anyone. Waste of money and time and I’m sure that even if we took it up with management it wouldn’t get resolved.

wow just wow the steak taco changed my whole perspective of things, got the fried advocation taco, pretty unusual but pretty decent the salsa stuff on top was good and complimented it greatly, for $5 pretty expensive but still would say it’s worth it. Next up was the Southwest Chicken Quesidila thing, had all sorts of shengangians going on inside and it was properly seasoned and everything but it was super good would definitely get it again. For $11 would say it Carrie’s its value nicely. finally is the steak taco, it looked kind of disappointing at first but upon taking a bite it was amazing just wow. I’m not sure what they put in there but it’s probably comparable to crack. I also had the agua fresco with watermelon and like which was very refreshing not too sweet unlike others. Overall a great function. The chef in the back cooking up everything is a culinary Artist. A modern day Picasso to say the least.

Sensational tacos. They do not crimp on loading the tacos up with flavor or ingredients. Creative without sacrificing quality. Borderline decadent. They are not messing around. I need an excuse to get back to Whitewater. Will be dreaming and daydreaming about my meal.

The chef is very kind and cares about the people he makes food for. The waitress is also a ray of sunshine. The daily duo puts a smile on everyone face the moment they walk through the door. The food is even more impressive! The chef creates some of the best food including the most unquie tacos in all of Walworth county! If you haven’t tried taco fresco you should definitely give it a try! I am a repeat customer of theirs with no complaints, I’ll definitely be back for more myself!
