The drive up, no matter where it is, more often than not give me the “garbage”, Thsts been sitting. I ordered a three piece tender combo and got a box of over cooked breading with a dark brown krunchy biscuit, and cold fries. I guess you have to special request butter or honey for the biscuits which is rediculous. I Don’t know ANYBODY that eats plain dry white biscuits. I travel a lot and alone and you know something I seldom find anybody that actually takes pride in serving the community. I opt for fast food it’s equally unaffordable when the food is barely edible. Almost ten bucks for a 3 piece combo. So so sad

Ordered food online and scheduled a pickup time. Arrived at location at scheduled time and stood at front counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then the employee ask for my order and I informed her of my online order and she had no awareness of it at first and then finally found it I was then informed that they did not have enough crispy chicken to fill order and told them to fill it with original recipe. 15 minutes later I finally got someone’s attention again to find out what the delay was and I was told that I had only entered my order 15 minutes prior. I finally got the order and the chicken was inedible as it was so over cooked. This place has terrible and rude employees and terrible food. Will not be back

In desperate need of new management & employees. I understand the pay is not what it should be but while you’re at work it would help greatly if an effort was made to do a good job. We went 30 mins before close and we’re told there was “no chicken” with absolutely no explanation as to why not and without an offering to make some with an extended wait time. Having experience with fast food I know that was supposed to be offered if none was fresh/prepared. I understand it was late and everyone was probably ready to go home. But you’re at work and you’re supposed to go by policy and be kind. Ended up getting taco bell and it took a while to get our food. My burrito was crunchy on the outside like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. I wasn’t given my receipt after i paid so i had to ask for my receipt after i got my food. All around just needs better service.

Drive thru opens at 10 didn’t take my order until 10:10. Young black lady was outside smoking instead of helping out. Nothing was prepared. Had to wait and extra 10 minutes bc fries were not done. Didn’t leave KFC until 10:30

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. 22 minutes in drive thru, got home and found they left out half of order. Drove back and told them what was missing. They said ok and after 12 minutes they gave me a sack but it only had HALF OF WHAT WAS MISSING THE FIRST TIME.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, then they forgot some of my food so I had to go back through the drive thru because the lobby is closed. Then had to wait another 15 minutes. Once I finally got my food and was able to eat it, the nachos were stale and tasted awful. The only reason for the one star is because my burrito was good. I will not return to this particular store.
