I come at least twice a week and am a great customer. Since Aubrey left, they have went downhill bad. The only good manager now is Austin. Today I went in and pre ordered my pizzas and they tried to give me undercooked pizzas. Antwan came when I asked for a a manager and he was extremely rude! Last week when I was there I got pizza and when I got home it was the wrong pizza. I tried calling back but no one answered. I called 6 times. Then the next day I went in and spoke with mike and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t call the day before. Really? I’m sorry they never answer their phones! Austin would’ve corrected it but he wasn’t there. Do they realize that their job depends on their customers? You can ask Austin how often I come in. But the new “managers” don’t seem to care about long time-loyal customers. I will not be back as long as those jerks are there. I won’t be treated like that again.

I asked for a thin crust, pie cut pizza and a Pep hot and ready pizza.. I pay and I am asked to park. The associate brings me someone else’s order and 45 min later I go inside to get my pizzas to find they were sitting in the cabinet or whatever that thing is and when I ask if the thin crust pizza was cut correctly, the associate opened the pizza and laughs as she tells me no. I am by this point over it. This happens every time. Does the person taking the order NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE with the other team members??? Do better!!

Came on here to leave a review because I know how much it can bring light to good and bad workers, I wanted to say I’m happy to see the old manager josey back. Good decision to bring her back! Then I saw a review that didn’t really sound right about antwon. So I wanted to say from my point he is and has always been a great manager I don’t think any of these managers are new also. Food was good, hot and fresh. Their timing from ordering online and picking it up was quicker than their expected time and the customer service was also on point as well. I have 4 kids sometimes up to 9 kids over at a time and they have excellent prices so when we get take out from them it doesn’t break the bank to feed us all.

Pizza and crazy bread was undercooked. At one point could at least get the food quickly. Now youre better off waiting through a zaxbys or chic fila drive through line stretching out to veterans.

With employee shortages going around. I think they worked extremely hard in cooking, handling drive thru and the counter. They stayed professional in a stressed environment. I was truly impressed. Food was delicious.
