Fiore Rosso is the latest exploration of Italian cuisine and culture from Chef Marc Vetri. “Every time I go to Italy, I’m enamored with the butcher shops and bistecca centric restaurants,” says Marc. I’ve wanted to open a steakhouse for years, and this was the perfect opportunity.
Meaning red flower, Fiore Rosso is the sister restaurant to Fiorella, Marc’s celebrated pasta bar in Philadelphia’s iconic Italian Market. With the same dedication to Old World heritage, impeccably sourced ingredients, and elegantly simple preparations, Fiore Rosso brings a new flavor to the traditional steakhouse.

We just walked in for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner at the bar. The vibe was fine dining without being stuffy – we were in jeans but felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The happy hour specials were really great and included cocktails as well as wine.

Gorgeous space!! I came in and sat at the bar on the end. Lots of people on a Saturday night, very loud. The bar team was wonderful. They got to everyone quickly, and honestly, I was in and out in less than an hour. The cocktail menu looked great, although I skipped drinking. I did have plenty of food. I wished for a bit more salt on the artichokes, but the food was playful and delicious! I’d recommend giving it a shot

Solid Vetri outting, but it landed just ok for me and my wife. Server felt like we were just a table on a list to manage. Food was tasty but not exciting. After eating at Vetri, which was my favorite dining experience EVER in Philly (kudos Chef!) expectations were maybe too high going into this one, because it just didn’t knock it out of the park for me. Needs some additional menu items that are exciting and inventive. Almost there.

What an absolute dream dining experience. This is one of the better fine dining restaurant you’ll find around the US and it’s hidden outside in the suburbs. Every meal tasting unique and delicious, the cocktails were consistently above expectations and the service was friendly, professional and very attentive. On top of it all the restaurant is very well decorated. Cannot reforms this spot enough.

Highly recommend! I’ve been here twice now and this place is top notch. The service and food are amazing! The drinks are good- different but the bartenders are great and really know their craft. Our server was Ricky and he’s awesome! I love that we don’t have to travel into the city for this caliber of food and scene- so convenient. I can’t wait to return!!

This discreet facade nestled in an unassuming and yet vibrant city is out, about + ready to sweep the local foodie folks right off their feet. Upon entry you immediately find yourself enveloped by a beautifully appointed interior and greeted by the most welcoming staff.
