My five star review is strictly for my delivery driver Mayson for not only being on time with orders according to the promise delivery time on receipt but also for great customer service. He is the only driver that has ever been on time with my orders an is always willing to go above an beyond to make sure the customer is happy with there experience. The food tastes good. It was plenty warm, had all the right textures and came in a durable cardboard box. All the toppings such as parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper were readily available. The only problem is that every time I eat there my body rats them out for unclean food handling. To be fair, anything as unsanitary as a fountain drink dispenser is going to trigger my tattletale digestive system. The only reason I signal them out is that they’re the only place I eat that causes this and I eat at some questionable establishments. I suspect that my situation is rare so you may be just fine with that level of food preparation safety. I have to refrain from some of the best tasting pizza I’ve had in years.

Great food, pricing is a bit higher but worth it. If staff makes mistake they remake the pizza and give you the other free if you want it. Friendly staff. Say hi to Peyton the delivery staff member. Sweet young lady working hard to get through College. Tell her Robin and Art sent you and send her hellos.

New cashier training with minimal supervision, so of course our order was wrong. She totally missed my husband’s order, and I realized about halfway through my pizza bowl that she forgot to add pepperoni to mine. The conversations going on loudly in the prep/ front about someone’s dog getting their nails clipped was annoying. When we were almost ready to leave, the young man whom I assumed was the manager asked how our meal was, we voiced our complaints, and although he offered to make me a new bowl, I declined. The sauce and ingredients were delicious, but I think I’ll pass on stopping at the Durant, OK in the future.

Worker was hateful. Told me one price over the phone and then another higher price when we tried to pick it up. Wouldn’t honor the original price. Needless to say, they lost out on a $35 sale over $4. Will never go back.

Great pizza but no ice cold soft drinks,,none of the employees had hair nets,hats lor gloves on. One guy was cleaning tables and went right to the back and made our pizza. Would love some kind of response so that I know management is aware of this.

We have really enjoyed Marcos, it’s very good pizza but today we ordered a large deluxe, got home and the vegetables on it were chucked up, not sliced like Marcos usually provides, the green pepper looked like they took a whole green pepper and cut it into 2″ chunks and threw them on the pizza, same with the onions, big chunks and the cheese was over the edges of the pizza crust and stuck to the pizza pad underneath. Because the vegetables were chunk style they were only halfway cooked so we ended up throwing the majority of the pizza away along with the $16.40 we paid for it. Not sure what the issue was today but it’s not the quality we have enjoyed in the past, I suspect it’s someone who doesn’t like his/her job and takes it out on customers. Next time we will pay at the counter vs online and will inspect the pizza before we pay.
