The food is old. Look at these breadsticks. The honey BBQ wings, don’t even have BBQ sauce on them. Everything looks DRY AF & IS DRY AF! I tried to call and complain but of course no one is answering the phone. When I picked up my pizza , they were blasting music wit every other word being “fuck”. I would’ve dealt with that, if my order was right. But you can tell they put the least amount of effort as possible & I’ll never be going back

The pizza was okay, a little dry. But the chicken Alfredo past was burnt from the bottom. Had to throw out the entire thing not eatable. Pizza Hut has not refunded me my money or done anything about it. But I’m never buying any of their pastas again.

Chris went above and beyond at 7PM on 2/19/23. I’m an UberEats driver, and a driver previously assigned to the order probably stole the food :/ He remade the order for me and the customer. I had no problem waiting. Thanks Chris! I’ll be back to use my coupon I got in the mail.

I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza in years. I tried to order from my usual spot, no answer, yes I know it’s New Year’s day. So I called Pizza Hut, the pizza was delivered on time and it was hot and delicious. I’ll do this again.

I have never received breadsticks flat like a napkin before in my life from pizza hut. I can’t believe they packaged three sets of incredibly unappetizing product. It is our first time ordering from this location and after my conversation with the manager David, we will never order from here again. Worst place to order pizza from, I called the local phone # to this store to place an order for pick-up. Unknown to me my call got routed to a call center!!! They told me my order would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes, so I show up at the store and the guy says what is your name? I give him my name and then he’s like I don’t have an offer for you, did you place an online order? I said no, I called your #, he’s like well our phone is not working and neither is the online! He never apologized or offer a solution.
