Of course I called back and spoke with the new store manager, Mya Mccaskill, and thankfully she was able to get in touch with Door Dash to report the driver. She was also able to redo the order for me without any trouble.

My previous experience I had received a pizza that was missing pepperoni as a topping. Gave you guys another shot last night so I ordered a pizza, wings and a brownie and the pizza wasn’t even delivered. The driver brought the wings and brownie and said he would be back with the pizza and never came back. I have ordered from this place for YEARS and it’s never been that bad. Never again.

Pizza was good and all but really not a fan of paying 8 dollars for extra sauces and receiving none of them…kinda odd to charge for sauce and not have it standard to complete the order in full. Might as well have saved the 8 bucks and just taken the free one that comes with the pizza at that point..not usually one to complain and if they were free maybe I wouldn’t.

Could not understand the employee answering the phone, had to repeat the order 5 times before they understood the order and had to have the options repeated multiple times to know what they said, everything else pizza wise was fine.

I ordered a pizza around 8:30ish and it didn’t arrive until around 10. I live about 5 minutes away from the store and the tracker had said it was on its way for close to an hour. Pizza was completely cold when it got here and when I called to see about replacing it, nobody would answer. Was on hold for about 10 minutes before I gave up… I ended up throwing the pizza away. You better believe I left some feedback with corporate! Customer beware, if you plan on ordering from this location, DO NOT order delivery. Go there and get it yourself. At least then you’ll likely get something worth eating.
