I have lived in the neighborhood of the 49th and L Street Burger King location for 25 years and today I stopped and got some lunch after running errands and my experience was less than enjoyable. I went to the drive-thru ordered my food and waited with two cars ahead of me for quite a long time. When I got to the window to pay the employee was less than friendly, very impatient and walked away and another person finished up. The food is normally good here but today it was subpar. Fish sandwich had been sitting quite a while and onion rings and fries were old. I suggested to the person at the window that maybe they should put someone else there instead of who was helping me because she had a way of making her bad day everyone else’s. He didn’t say a word, handed me back my card and closed the window. Probably won’t go back for a while until they get better customer service employees.

Ordered some bacon kings with fries etc and we received whoppers and we went back to get our ordered fixed and the lady with the green and purple hair was very rude. She yelled that it was what we ordered when we literally ordered AND had the ordered repeated back to us in the drive thru idk but she looked high too so maybe that’s why she got our order wrong. She kept telling us we had to pay more and we were willing to pay more money for our burgers but just kept yelling at us and shutting the window in our face. Would not recommend, terrible service too. Just wanted some burgers ‍♀️

I had made a to go order thru the mobile app and when I arrived at the store they didn’t have any of the stuff I ordered. No cups for the size I paid for, no chicken for the chicken sandwiches I paid for. So I asked to cancel my order. Which the company almost didn’t want to refund me for until I told them I did not receive any food from the establishment. They are always messing up orders and Very poorly managed. I will never return to this Bk again.

Burger King’s menus are typical fast food. The original crispy chicken sandwich was very good but I don’t care for their fries. The staff was friendly but the resta was cold inside. Not a bad dining experience but not spectacular. This Burger King was at least open and we could eat inside.

Avoid this Burger King. They messed up my order so bad I would just choose another BK over this one. Asked for a plain burger got one with jalapeños. Asked for a sprite, got Coke instead. Asked for spicy chicken fries, didn’t receive them. Cashier with ring and earring was kind of rude, practically shoved money in my hand and food like he didn’t want to touch it for more than 2 seconds.

Service is spot on. Smiles and professionalism. Food was hot and fresh and the place was clean. One of the better ones here in Omaha.

Food was cold . cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger was so cold. The cheese was just a cold slab of cheese put on the burger. The sandwiches weren’t even wrapped up when we got to the chicken sandwich. Everything was spread out on the paper not even wrap it was cold three guys were working there two of them were outside, messing in the car, then coming in and messing with the food and it was disgusting waste of money
