Poor manners from employees. Tried to charge higher price than was posted for item I wanted. Her response was that their prices have increased and haven’t removed lower price. She should have sold the item as advertised, but she would not do it. She then developed an attitude, so I left without purchases anything. I WON’T BE BACK TO ANY STARBUCKS.

Did not even want to one star this place. They had hired a complete crack head, me and my girlfriend where in there buying things and she called her white trash, so much for great employees. Definitely would not recommend this Starbucks. The ladies name was Simone I think. Clearly they were desperate when they hired a tweaker.

Bad/Rude customer service I order 3 Frappuccino and the girl seemes annoyed/mad that I had order 3 Frappuccino and while she was making my drinks she kept giving me bad looks I felt very uncomfortable. Definitely not going back to this location

Nice location and a large parking lot. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating. This is an ideal Starbucks because of the easy access from Crater Lake Highway.
