3 years ago this used to be the best ramen place in Vegas but the quality has been steadily declining the past few years. Now a days, the only reason we order is because their pork gyoza used to be delicious. However, the Henderson location (the one closest to me) seems to have changed the recipe so now it’s really bad so we started ordering delivery from the Rainbow location almost exclusively for their pork gyoza. But the last 4 times, they have been sending less and less ponzu sauce that is supposed to come with the pork gyoza and this time they didn’t even include it at all. Even though I always order 2-3 dishes of gyoza at a time. I am so sad I have to write this review when I used to love this restaurant and take all my friends and family every time they would visit. But I hope this brings it to their attention and they start changing things around.

We have dined in at Jinya several times now. We had a few different appetizers, a few different ramen noodle soups. All have been very appetizingly presented, delicious and interesting flavors. Noodle selection and add-ons to customize your ramen means you can have it exactly as you please. The atmosphere visually is pleasant and fun, staff have been friendly and attentive. The one BIG downside is a loud, shrill buzzer/alarm that signals the staff that an order is up, I think, because it goes off all the time and very much disrupts the enjoyment for myself and all others I have dined with inside. It’s really annoying. Jinya needs to install another signal or figure out another way to signal orders are up. Were it not for the incessant shrill signal, I would give the dining experience a 5 star instead of 4.

Best place for the Spicey Creamy Vegan Ramen. I usually don’t eat the mushroom topping but this was very good. Broth hot, had the right amount of salty umami flavor and wasn’t overly creamy. Tofu was soft and warm. Noodles were thick and delicious…though I was skeptical of them being free from egg. My partner tried the Chicken Ramen and said he would order it again.

Always a warm welcome, the food is perfect everytime. I recommend the crispy chicken. They have a happy hour from 3-6pm which includes select adult beverages, appetizers, salad, tacos, and even dessert.

Good atmosphere with friendly service. The broth is great along with quality meats. The place is small so it can get packed during dinner and lunch. The sides are delicious and unique. The Ramen is good but not my favorite. All in all it’s a great place for a bite but its not a quick in n out.
