This has got to be the worst location ever, horrible service, errors on orders, but this last visit takes the cake. Placed my order online with a pickup time of 6:00pm, I even arrived at 6:30 to give them extra time in case they were busy. My pizza was not ready when I got there, and I was told they had not even started making it yet and I would need to wait another 40 minutes for it to be ready. No apologies and when I said that was unacceptable and I could not wait and to please cancel and refund my order, they became even more rude and said they would try but it would be tomorrow at the earliest and they could not guarantee I would get a refund. Truly horrible and sad business practices and a terrible representation of the Papa Murphy’s name.

The website is confusing when you want to customize. Wanted half cowboy, half pepperoni. Order showed customized Cowboy, but clerks print out showed both halves customized the same way. A phone call confirming the order would have been nice, but employee didn’t care…that’s what the website order said. Even though she knew it looked weird to her…maybe if something looks weird, it is weird. Could pick up the phone and at least ask. Why would someone order a Cowboy and take all the ingredients off when they could have just ordered a pepperoni?? No common sense. Second time my order has been messed up at Papa Murphy’s online. Won’t order online again.

Ordered a triple pepperoni pizza. 3 different kinds of pepperoni the pizza was more like a cheese pizza with very little pepperoni. Very disappointed. Also tried to call in my order twice. No one ever answered the phone. Had to go there to order. Most times papa Murphy’s is great.. not today

Nobody would answer the phone for 45 minutes and then when I went in there were no customers and the staff still wouldn’t answer the phone even after I told them I was calling and nobody would answer. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the customer service!!!!

Ive never had a bad experience until today. I ordered a mini murph pepperoni pizza for my daughter. I asked to replace the pepperoni with pineapple, as we dont eat pork. Riley (with the blue hair) told me that that wasnt possible. I have done it in the past, so i know its absolutely possible. Furthermore she argued with me that they aren’t allowed to substitute ingredients.

This place has such poor customer service they should go out of business! They gave me a pizza with so little crust that it burned up in 4 minutes (I ordered original crust). The cheese was floating on nothing! Inedible! When I took it back to them the employees offered the lamest excuse that “Papa Murphys doesn’t do the crust”. They didn’t even offer my money back!
