First time eating at a Bojangles since we were driving through. The customer service was great and the food was good. It’s like Popeyes Chicken but the biscuits are a million times better. Dining room was very clean.

Ordered combo and server gave a cup of water instead of a bottle. Had to leave drive thru to get it corrected. Long wait time for fries. Then, when the order was finally received, biscuits were dark brown, hard, and overcooked ( the cajun filet itself was ok). Very disappointing.

This was our first time eating here. My son really wanted to go here. It was really good food. The service was great and not very busy and the price was good too.

Great food, a good price, and wonderful serve. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was clean. But they were out of BBQ sauce… and it my favorite. I would recommend.

ordered a five piece chicken tender combo with a large coke, and two sweet potato pies. Received a 4 piece with macaroni and cheese, no fries, diet coke, and a half-eaten bo-berry biscuit in place of the pies. What in the actual hell? The quality compared to the old Lawrenceburg location is god-awful.

Bojangles is really sliding, in my experience. Chicken biscuits used to be the best, now they’re all stale chicken with crummy coatings and dry biscuits. Chicken sandwich wasn’t crispy, it was a wadded up ball of chicken and not tender. Fries given were also stale, pale, soggy.

I went here today for the 1st time because my son’s girlfriend loves Bojangles. It was ok – the fries could have been better prepared and the biscuits were a little overcooked in my opinion, especially since this is one of the things that they are known for. My son’s girlfriend said the fries lacked seasoning but the chicken fingers were good and the Bo-berry biscuit was really good. To each their own but for me just ok.

All I can say for the 2 weeks is that my kitchen has been down and is my spot for coffee, ice tea, and breakfast menu items has been Bojangles. Raine, the shift manager, runs a great crew, and Michael, the store manager l cares about customers and their reputation. If you don’t talk to them, all things being even they can’t address and improve any problems. I’m trying their chicken/ dinner items tomorrow for the first time, and if you don’t see any complaints from me, they were great. Not my mom’s cooking, I am sure of that, but great for a fast meal. Hot and fresh depends on the Mansger and how well they manage their team members.

I stopped in later in the evening and they were only two employees working. However they did not let that stop them from being courteous, timely, and filled our order completely and with a great attitude! Reign and Adam deserve a raise!!
