Order nachos broccoli bites and steak, the steak was rubber wouldn’t feed it to my dog and the nachos I could’ve gotten better from a gas station, at least at the gas station the cheese was hot not cold and blah and the shaved steak was not seasoned and tasted so blanned that Gorden Ramsey would’ve threw it away. Which I did the only thing that was editable was the calzone even then the steak was un-seasoned. I do not recommend this place at all and don’t forget the broccoli bites they were just bread and cheese no broccoli like that point it was just a circle shaped mozzarella stick thing.

We had a party today at Aero Trampoline Park in Woonsocket, who uses J&D for their pizza. I had no idea this pizza place existed before 4 hours ago. Point is, we called Aero after we left so we can get more pizza from here TODAY. We only had a pep and cheese, but if those basic pizza are any indication of the food quality, they must be fantastic.

I’ve been going here since a child, a facility that once felt like home has now become one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been to. Refused to refund me or allow me to pick up my order being I only live down the road and waiting for my order to be delivered. The lady at the front desk was rude as if I was someone she was talking to on the street. As well as the guy in the back. Order came cold and had a phone shoved in my face to try to prove to me my number wasn’t my number which indeed it was.

After years of ordering from J&D I was informed that we are all the sudden we are out of their delivery zone by 1mile literally we are 11mins from them. Paying the 4 dollar delivery fee and always tipping the driver 5 dollars we were very surprised a mom and pop establishment we ordered from for years would let a loyal customer go over 1 mile. Spoke to the owner and she could’ve cared less about losing a customer. Nice! I’m guessing with the way you treat a regular customers you are on your way to out of business. Best of luck we will never order from your establishment again. Not that you care.

Not sure whats going on with j&d but the food is nowhere near as good as it use to be . Pizza is so thin now, and greasy. The ingredients have changed to subpar quality.. i would rather pay more money for the quality that it was , rather than pay for the food they offer now. Service is always great but food isn’t worth it anymore.
