Nice place to visit n chat. Chicken was moist under the coating, crispy, pizza was good n so was the dessert pizza. They only had one pudding, (butterscotch) would love vanilla or tapioca. Clean, fast service with taking away plates. Restroom was good, have not seen cloth wipe offs in a very long time, instead of paper towels or a blow dryer. I enjoyed that. The only thing I can want is that the lettuce be stocked a little more often, was almost empty in one and the other had nothing in it. I recommend that you try it.

This place had great food and the service was fantastic. However, my son had to get an emergency diaper change and there was NO diaper change station in the men’s bathroom. So I had to lay him on the cold floor. And the bathroom was not well maintained. Otherwise, the food was good.

My husband, 22 month old son and I are in a road trip and decided to stop here because we have a few Pizza Ranches at home and they are pretty good. What food we attempted to eat was pretty OK, but there wasn’t much. Every single table was dirty. The thing that got me the most was the young gentleman filling the fried chicken (only thing that was filled while we were there) in a cutoff t-shirt, armpit hair displayed in all its glory. Well, this will be a hard pass next time.

I see the poor reviews, huh. We found it clean, friendly, well stocked and they even stopped by our table to check on us. We metioned not seeing a particular desert pizza. They went off and made it an delivered some to our table. I can’t fault them at all.

First tried the buffet. Only had about 6 chicken type, thin crust, old pizzas on it at 5:30 pm with a crowd in there. No adults/managers ever even checked what was out on buffet whole time we were there. Finally added a thin crust pepperoni and sausage right as we were finally getting ready to leave. Even cactus bread was bad – hardly any frosting. Chicken was ok. Very disappointed overall.

Reopened 10 days ago. What we got was good. But if you show up at 1 after the lunch crowd leaves. You get what’s left on the buffet. And they wasn’t very excited to put anything out. By 1:30 the buffet was empty. And the help went in the back and didn’t come out.

The former owner ran this into the ground with poor service my family was excited for new owners and the reopen. . . Complete disappointment. Terrible service/staff. We have been there and/or order to go multiple times. It’s pathetic. Deserves no stars. Worst pizza ranch establishment I’ve ever been too! And I’ve been to alot!

Stopped in for supper after the basketball game.. Winner vs Platte.. Tuesday Feb 13, 2018.. We love eating at Pizza Ranch but the service we were given at this Pizza Ranch was horrible.. First off our cups were dirty had food particals in them.. We had a table of 8 when we went to get our food the salad bar was horrible.. Dirty food everywhere we asked for the salad bar to be refilled.. We stood there for 10-15 with no assistance in filling the salad bar.. Eventually after 20 minutes n asking 3 different workers a young gentleman n lady filled the salad bar.. Then onto our hot food.. there literally wasn’t anything fresh out on the buffet line.. crusty baked on container of marinara sauce, the mashed potatoes n gravy containers were the same way n they were all empty.. Yet there was 3 employees jus standing by the cash register visiting even after we asked for hot buffet food.. While we we’re waiting on the fresh hot food to come out.. My daughter over heard 2 employees talking n made a remark “didn’t they jus get food stamps why don’t they stay home and eat unless they sell them to get this once a month special meal”.. wasn’t made aware of the comment until we got out of town n I asked why she was mad.. but as the hot buffet line was being put out they DID NOT USE CLEAN BUFFET PANS.. They jus dumped the fresh food into the same old baked on food containers.. I myself have worked buffet lines for 5+ yrs.. My father who is an Elderly man is a Casino Manager.. My mother who is Elderly also has Worked for school district for 15+ yrs n we DID NOT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE WE GOT NOR THE WAY THE FOOD WAS SERVED.. We may come back sometime down the road but as of right now we will not be to sudden to recommend this Pizza ranch to anyone.. Sorry to say.. I hope you talk to your staff n maybe have the do mandatory customer service classes n servsafe classes.. I’d sure hate for the state to shut your business down for poor judgements, lack of food service skills.. Thank you..

Bad day to say the least. Food made me sick before I even left the building and the bathroom was an unstocked disaster. Beer cans were lined up on the front of the building. Not a good thing at all.
