I’ve been to this location twice and both times she messed up my order. She even confirmed with me what I wanted and proceeded to give me what SHE wanted instead. Its almost like she did it on purpose. How hard is to make a sandwich?! There was No tomato no cheese no pickle and no extra sauce that I paid a dollar for! Smh

Maybe I ordered a bad choice but I was very underwhelmed by my food. They were quick to make my sub but for $10…I was not impressed. I personally think a sub for $10 is expensive and when I opened up my sub, I was let down. I know it will never look like the picture but this was one sad looking sub.

Dave’s used to be great. Maybe it’s just the Strongsville location. The bread isn’t the same. Just a soft, smaller, and generic roll. The vegetables are mushy. Truly a bummer.

This location consistently messes up orders. They do not read or follow custom requests resulting in multiple sandwiches being made incorrectly and/or missing ingredients. I have now ordered a club sandwich four separate times and have specially asked for it to be COLD – only to have the sandwich arrive hot and soggy. There have also been multiple times where this location refuses to turn on their Uber eats delivery option, even after calling them and asking them if they are set up with Uber eats – and being told they are. Incredibly disappointing experiences especially as when they do successfully make a sandwich, they are better than the other chain sub restaurants.

For only being open for 4 days, this place rocks. I’m shocked to see that 2 people left a 1 star review on literally the stores opening weekend, in the middle of a pandemic and the greatest staffing shortage we’ve ever seen. Ofcourse there is going to be a learning curve and some glitches with technology. I’m super grateful to finally have a location close by and I hope they stick around and find a ton of success. They have gluten free and dairy free options that none other sub places around have short of getting a salad. This is an amazing chain I’m happy to see growing in my neck of the woods.

Also my first and last visit. I ordered a Tuna Melt and was sent home with Corned Beef! They were not busy and I heard them tell the kitchen Tuna Melt. How do you get Corned Beef out of that?! No one was in front or behind me to mix up the orders. I wanted to call to complain but their phone number is not available online. Sandwiches here are too expensive to make dumb mistakes. In my opinion there are plenty of other sandwich shops in Strongsville.
