I mean, it’s cheap, fast pizza, and that’s what they delivered. I was in and out with my hot-n-ready without delay. The kid that rang me up did a decent job of communicating, even though the manager seemed to be standing behind him with a look on his face that said every customer that left with a pizza was robbing him blind. I’m sure it was just the stress of the dinner rush on a weekend:) I’ll be back for more, no worries Mr. Manager.

Employees yelling at one another. Time took 25 minutes after I ordered ahead for it to be ready at 6 I was quoted 6 to 6:15 and I didn’t leave the store with my food until 6:40. Won’t go back until the timing is fixed. Food was great and hot obviously but the timing on it when I pre ordered just didn’t sit well as I had kids waiting to eat supper.

Employees weren’t using gloves while making pizza’s and touching their phone’s and the business phone! This makes it twice, I’ve waited for a simple pizza. Waited more than 25 minutes. Needless to say, I won’t ever go back!

I’ve always said that their pizza wasn’t good and they proved me correct again. I was in charge of buying pizza for a crew working at my home and live in Jackson county so this is what they wanted; But NOT BURNED UP DRY PIZZA. How embarrassing. NEVER AGAIN!

The guy working tonight ( Friday March 17th 9:30) at the front register was really great. It’s nice to know people will hold themselves accountable, idk if he’s a manager or not. I gotta say though customer service is definitely his specialty and I’m positive that he will go far in life.

“Hot & Ready” should be changed to “never ready”. It is always a 15 minute wait. So, I called an order in, and upon arriving was told they didn’t have any such order. Then they asked several times, in a very condescending way if “I was sure I ordered from the right store”. Finally a girl in the back said she remembered the order, confirmed that it was supposed to be ready, and found it in the computer under the wrong time. “We can have it ready in 15 minutes ” she said. No thanks.
