Service is decent. Food is good, could be better. Their fried foods (cheese curds and fried pickles) were great. Burgers seem a bit bland in comparison. While the prices here are a bit high, the generous portion sizes make up for it.

I like the cold pitchers of beer and I’ve had great service, but the food really isn’t very good. Mostly just overpriced gut bomb fried food. Fish sandwich is huge, but too much bread and dry. Ruben not so good. The most ridiculously small portions of the most expensive chicken tenders I’ve ever had. I was so upset with the tenders plate I made it a mission to order Chicken tenders at the next 4 restaurants and confirmed, literally everywhere has tenders that are absolutely mouth watering and cheaper. I posted a photo of my $17+tip chicken tender plate. I ate 1 piece of 6 chicken sticks. I tried Newts a few times to make sure one experience wasn’t a fluke but we are continuously let down and probably won’t be back unless it’s just for a beer. (Recommend Rascals for tenders!)

This was her first time here. The food was fantastic. The wait staff was great. I strongly encourage you to check out the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The burgers are excellent as well and the portions are not small! The onion rings and tater tots were also great and you can’t go wrong with either one.

When we arrived, no one was at the hostess stand to seat us, so we sat at the bar. We ordered our burgers medium rare. We got medium well to well. No one stopped to ask how our food was… still tasty, but overdone. Small side dinner salad was excellent and recommended!

The free popcorn was movie-theater quality. Good burger, GREAT onion rings. Food a little pricey for what it is, but they make up for it with cheap beer. Agree with other reviewers that they could use more staff, which seems true of most places these days.

Our waitress took awhile to come to our table once we seated ourselves. Ordered a beer each. Our drinks gone still no waitress. 20/25 minutes from our arrival I stood up and hollered and waved to get any attention from a group of waitresses standing by a door and talking. Had to ask for a menue. No care of the guests. Don’t know if I will return.

First off, they don’t have blaring music that you have to shout over, so that puts them high in my book. The menu doesn’t have like a million options on it and I liked that as well! Keep it simple and make those few things very well, and they did. The food was great, as was the service. I will come back again.

Update: Wow, (1/6/23)Friday and we had to park in the Lunda Byerlys parking lot. With the snow they need to deal with the loss of parking due to snow! Thank you for the quick response and hooks beneath the bar! Visited today and was happy to see your response to my hook suggestion. I ordered the Rojo chicken burger and received a hamburger. When they brought me the chicken version there was no bacon on it. I think that we appreciate, at other establishments, that when there is a mess up on the order a manager comes by to discuss the situation. That has not happened here. It would be a great improvement and a feeling that the customers are important to you! My husbands order was good and our drinks were good but we see there continues to be the complaint of soggy fries ( why not add a minute to the frying time? And the complaint that the waitresses don’t come by for refills or to see how the food is continues to be a problem. These are easy fixes!
