Went to this location for the first time on 8/5/23 and can say from the moment you step onto the side walk you’re greeted right away by someone outside. We were seated and told someone would be right with us and man! they weren’t lying! within a min or two the waitress was right there making sure our seats were okay and asked us if we’d like a drink which we did. The I-pad menus were AMAZING!!! so awesome to see the items we wanted to order beforehand, made ordering fun cause it looked good and was curious if they made the things as in the pictures and well… they did!

Food was great! Our table really loved the wings, calamari, nachos, and tres leches. This was my first time trying Colombian food. It sucks that the Service was very poor. At 4:00pm there was two tables present and over 10+ waiters just standing around talking. There was definitely more workers than customers. No one came over to us after we were seated. 15 min later we had to go to the hostess stand to get a waiter to come to us. After having a waiter come to us, throughout the duration of our meal We had to continue to call our waiter over. We asked for boxes. We are done with our meal. It would be common sense to bring the check over. We had to hunt the waiter down again because he’s back at the hostess stand flirting with his coworker.
