On their website yesterday they claimed to be open, so we placed our order and expected to pick it up, but we were met with a locked door and handwritten sign saying they closed at 4pm. We were charged for this order and assumed that today we could get this rectified. We were able to get our sandwiches, but upon opening the boxes both sandwiches were poorly made with yellowed lettuce and missing some condiments that were requested. No pickles came with the order either. Definitely wasted $10 on an undeserving tip today. Beware, the staff at this location isn’t very motivated at all.

I eat here often, I really love firehouse subs, but I only enjoy it with the captains hot sauce they have in store. I cannot think of a time where I asked for sauce and I didn’t get a scoff or head shake, like it’s a big deal I want the sauce you advertise for your sandwiches. If you like to feel like an unwanted nuisance while eating a decent sub, then this firehouse is for you, the staff always have a knack at making you feel unwelcome.

This is my first impression of Firehouse Subs. I tried their new pepperoni pizza meatball sub and it was served warm and crispy. There is a large drink selection with exclusive FS cherry limeade. Interior decor matches the theme and their business has a good reputation for supporting first responders and firefighters.

First thing we noticed was the garbage was overflowing out front. There was a homeless man sleeping with all his stuff on the table, walked in. Nobody said welcome the floors are dirty. The garbage is overflowing. The employees just didn’t have it one had long hair with no hat on running his hands through his hair the other one had long hair, and not cap is a terrible experience. PS the air conditioner is not working the vents were disgusting.

First off on behalf of the Community Heroes (a home-school co-op from Keep Indian River Beautiful), I want to say THANK YOU!!! Your delicious food powered our group of over 30 people to do a community clean-up followed by a splash in the pool. When we finished there we took our yummy subs and went on a tour of the Fire station in Sebastian. We were able to share the rest of the wonderful food with our local Fire Station 8 house. Thank you for giving these kids a great lunch and great memories. We look forward to working with you again Tammy Sowers! You in kind donation was fantastic!

What does had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in Firehouse Subs. I’ve been going here for four years as I work in the mall, used to be a wonderful place with wonderful people. Not so anymore the girl was leaning over the register said she was sick, the phone forget that they don’t answer had a towel underneath it the last time I was there, so it goes to the fax line sloppy looking, dirty looking. I asked her what was wrong with the phone she goes. She don’t know she’ll talk to the people not very inviting , so when my food was ready, she pointed at me and says you grammar is horrible. I go to pick up my food, no napkins I said what is it you don’t put napkins in the bag anymore I have to go get it myself she goes whatever I said you guys need to really pick it up in here. You are really bad service. She goes well you don’t have to come here. I said don’t worry it’ll be my last time she goes. You just can go out and get hit by a car nice you need to change your people in the store they could give teo hoots about your customers and your customer service is absolutely zero I will never step foot in there again you need to fire everybody that’s in there especially the tall skinny one who works register when you tell your customers to go get hit by a car it’s the end of your business!

Stopped there just a few minutes ago. A customer had a issue I wasn’t there for that. But one of there employees came out of the kitchen acting like a little punk with foul language.this is the first time I’ve ever had any issues there there usually very friendly and serve awesome sandwiches. The lady was trying to get him to go to the back I just left doubt very seriously ill go back. Very disappointing event
