When I came in there was only one Girl working (Ginny) and I was the fourth in line. She did an amazing job getting everyone taken care of, not only in a timely manner, but also with an extremely friendly demeanor. When it was my turn, She greeted me with a smile and asked what she could get started for me. I wasn’t sure, so she patiently took the time to help me make up my mind and then proceeded to make me the Best Signature Latte That I’ve ever had. She made sure that I didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience as customers once again lined up behind me. Her Individualistic customer service skills were outstanding and I will be back soon!

This particular DD is one of my favorites! I appreciate Shannon and her sups in providing a hot and delicious Dark Roast so early in the morning! It’s brightly-lit, with plenty of room and a large TV screen kept low (captions, of course), AND CLEAN. A ‘perfect place’ to make out a list of what I intend to purchase ‘next-door’ at Walmart… !

I would give this location a 5 but the normal employee that I see working everyday had the day off and there was a different employee in here she was very rude and acted like she had way better things to do than be working here and helping customers also I ordered the bacon and cheese roll ups which is one piece of cheese and two pieces of bacon on a tortilla shell and this is what I got and not only was it one piece of bacon after she put the food in the bag she proceeded to toss the bag at me.

I placed an order for the company I work for to support our employees affected by the hurricane. Only half our order was delivered. When I contacted the store they stated they did not have the dough to make the munchkins or any bagels. I understand we had a hurricane, but they should have contacted us to let us know. When I asked about a refund they said I’d have to call tomorrow and maybe get a refund then. Horrible customer service and a very disappointing feeling to be short on food for our wonderful employees. Would not recommend this store.

Terrible. The girl Rebecca behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. I over heard her cussing and talking about her personal issues that should be kept out of the workplace. She smells of cigarette smoke all the time. There is a brand new Dunkin Donuts just north of this location, not even a half mile. The customer service is 10 times better and the staff doesn’t smell of cigarette smoke.
