My chicken was raw in the middle the bun was both burnt and soggy. My husband didn’t get everything he ordered. The place was filthy. Old food and what looked like vomit on the floors by the bathroom. Waitress didn’t wash her hands after wiping her face. I was sick the next day. I only had a couple bites of food only thing good was the side salad. Well never go back. So much more to say

The food was great. The place was mighty calm at 1:25pm on Sunday. We could tell they were understaffed. Our waitress had to run to the store to buy some groceries to provide a salad we had ordered. Talk about some elite customer service or needs improvement.

8/26/22 1:30pm Worst experience ever. Waitress was not attentive at all…. she led us to a table and demanded our drink order before we even sat down. Only 4 other tables were seated in the restraunt so it was not busy, the other waitress had 2 tables and was attentive, our waitress had our table and the othet table was leaving as we sat down. She Brought out the drinks and we sat there 10 minutes, finished the drinks and then she sauntered over to take our order, mid sentance of my order she just turned around and left to check on the availability of pies. Came back and finished the order. we had to ask for more drinks. she brought the desserts to the table first then 10 minutes later a burger came, 5 minutes after that my grilled cheese and soup came. The loaded baked potato soup was thin, Watered down and served in a plastic to go bowl. Its usually thick and it has a topping of cheddar cheese, sour cream. Bacon bits and chives…. no topping, and a spoon was already in the soup.

Pick almost anywhere else to eat. Even the staff seemed to dislike being there. Depressing atmosphere, unkept building & grounds, only one restroom worked, waffle iron broken. We saw two larger family groups (5-6 people) come in the front door and then turn around & leave. Not sure why, but strange for an almost empty restaurant.

We were asked for our drink order before we sat down. The food took almost an hour to come to us, but pie was brought out at the very beginning. The waitress got us everything we needed when the food came but didnt come back for a while. 3 of us ordered eggs benedict and all 3 plates had boiled eggs and barely any hollandaise sauce. Two were eaten but one waited to hopefully get new eggs. We asked to get one taken off the bill since we didn’t eat it and we were told if we said something right away they could have made more. We said we weren’t checked on besides right when the food came and were told they could only give us 10% off since we didnt say anything right away. Then the waitress comes back and asks if we told the manager she never checked on us, said she’s a supervisor too and came 3 times. It felt very unprofessional.

Absolutely the WORST Shari’s I have ever been in. We were the only customers. To start with, It was a very hot day and we were told by the server that he was not allowed to touch the AC. He was very polite and friendly (that was the only positive thing aboutour visit). The food was sub par AND TOOK FOREVER, the milkshakes were runny and warm. We were told that we could only choose from 3 flavors, the basic strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla. Also, no breakfast items were available. The workers kept leaving and going out back (smoking and looking someone). Other customers would come in and leave because ther was nobody around to help them. We will NEVER be back, which sucks because we pass through Woodburn on a regular basis.

order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes… it took 45. not sure why it takes so long to make hashbrowns and a waffle cashier was rude to everyone coming in, and kept staring at me like she didn’t like me? she was on her phone, and was wandering aimlessly doing nothing. she asked me what my order was and when i told her she just said “it’s not ready” and then left. can i get an estimated time at least? i’ve been waiting 45 minutes. i wouldn’t recommend coming here, the food isn’t good enough to wait this long.

Came in for a pickup on a Saturday morning and no one was there. They already charged us for the order on Door Dash. I called several times and no one answered. Then when I called on Monday, the lady who answered said she will contact her manager to get us a refund. Nothing happened so I called back and was given the run around. We ended up having to dispute the $60+ of charges. Horrible experience.

Listen, after COVID19, there can only be a limited amount of workers at a time. Which is why there’s one server, one cook, one manager during every shift. Back then in 2019 it was stacked with great cooks and talented people. Now it’s full of whoever needs a job. Hence the poor communication and environment .
