Just passing through but 1st time here and never again. One thing girl giving food at start of line just plain rude, bad customer service, not willing to help. Kayla is her name, well at least that’s the name she had on her name tag.

I’ve tried to give this Panda Express location a chance but the management and the way this location is run is sub-par at best. The quality of the food is lesser compared to other Panda Express locations, which I really like orange chicken from Panda Express but at this location it tastes way more vinegary than at any other location I’ve ever been. The amount of food given is arbitrary at best, they make it seem like there is a system of giving the same amount of food but I’ve had multiple times where I’ve ordered a bigger plate and have received less food than when I’ve ordered a normal plate. This occurs the most when there is only a specific amount of food left in their pans they’re serving from. They competency at this location is also sub-par at best. I’ve had so many occasions where the excuses given for mistakes that were made or the explanations of poor service or quality just leaves you shaking your head and face palming. This just makes the experience of the location that much lesser compared to other Panda Express locations. To me the overall experience of this location is the epitome of service in Pueblo and the standards and the execution of those standards only leave you with disappointment. You’re better off taking the time to learn to cook this food at home or taking a trip to Colorado Springs. I personally gave it one more chance and left with the same disappointment I always do and I’m not giving any more of my money to this business location.

Always long wait anyways, but then they told my bf to pull out front to wait 20mins for a meat to cook, and forgot to make the ENTIRE order after he went looking for it when 40mins had passed. Then Katie(i think was her name) tried refusing to give him a refund, stating she can “whip something up for him real quick”. No ma’am. We gave you 40mins of our time, and want us to wait more? Absolutely not. This place is awful, and I wish Management would either get their $h!t together, or get a completely new Management. They are notorious for bad service, long waits, small portions, and closing 30mins – 1hour before times posted. Terrible location.

They hardly gave me any food. And when it came to ordering aside dish in a Box they only put it up halfway so I didn’t even buy it. It was about half the food that I normally get at different restaurant locations. I will never go to that location again. Pueblo big thumbs down. I had to wait another 10 minutes just for the side dish to get done.

The food was good, always love panda. However, the wait in the drive thru was super long. Additionally, I asked twice for sauce with the teriyaki chicken and chili sauce and received neither of these. It’s a bummer when you wait a long time and leave without everything you ordered.

Went during dinner rush. It was well staffed, but the staff seemed overwhelmed. I’ve been a couple times over the last couple months at different times and the staff have seemed this way every time. Not sure why? Food is always great! Love the orange chicken that they are known for! Disappointing that the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast is no longer an option but it remains on their menu board. This should probably be removed if they don’t have it as an option. There are a few seats available for dine in, but very few.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant this afternoon. It was about 3:30pm, I went in to order, and stood at the front counter waiting for almost 10 minutes. There was no one else in line. Simply no one can to take my order for that long…I almost left!

I’m super annoyed with tonight. They really skimp the kids meals. I paid extra for my son to get his shrimp which he loves and you guys put in 4 pieces of shrimp. That’s ridiculous. Kids still need to eat AND I paid extra for it so my son got skimped on his dinner tonight and I’m really tired of paying extra and you guys putting 3 or 4 pieces in it. If I’m going to pay extra then I should get what I paid for. Extremely unhappy

Out of orange chicken, out of beef and broccoli, out of mushrooms, out of Rangoons, out of rootbeer. This is a constant problem here the last 6 months. Maybe get a better manager that can order food for the cooler or just shut it down since there is nothing to order anyways?
