I’ve been here before and really enjoyed my experience. But I’ve noticed that what they have pictured on the menu is not always what they will bring out. I’m assuming they replace items they’ve run out of with different items. With that being said they should let the customer know in advance. I ordered the hot & spicy ramen. It looked good in the picture on the menu. What I received was completely different. It was by far the worst tasting ramen I have ever tasted. I thought it was a joke. The flavors were horrible. It seemed as if they put together random items into my bowl. I could not believe it. It took everything I had to not get up and cause a scene because I could not believe how horrible my ramen was. It wasn’t necessarily spicy. It did have spice for sure but whatever they used made my tongue go numb for a few hours after eating it. I let my husband try it and he immediately spit it out. His ramen was delicious but mine was so far off from what was pictured and the spices and herbs they used were so overpowering and overwhelming. I love spicy food, I always order my food extra spicy and I love ramen. But this was horrible.

Nestled unassumingly in a small plaza in Rancho Cucamonga, Wazakuraken Ramen has become one of my cherished ramen spots. In my quest for exceptional ramen, even across LA or in the most unexpected corners of SoCal, this place truly stands out.

Location; Okay, Parking; Okay, Service; Okay, Price for food received; Good, Overall; First time try, passed it as it is not in a very visible place. Only Ramen is shown outside so until you get to the doors you know it’s the right place. Our server did not seem happy as his lack luster response was evident. Now with that said the food provided was pretty darn good. The chicken was tasty as well as the Ramen. The price was also good as we felt we received a nice amount of food. So would I come back, yes .

The food is good but I noticed while I was eating, another guy finished and paid for his food. I guess he didn’t leave a tip, so the lady stopped him and ask him to pay tip. I did bug me a little bit because they shouldn’t ask for a tip even if you forgot.

Not a fan of writing negative reviews, but I feel like it’s important to note that this place is right next door to a nail salon. As soon as we walked into the restaurant it was an intense smell of nail polish chemicals. Strong enough that my girlfriend and I decided to leave to another restaurant. Was really looking forward to trying this place out. The server who sat us down seemed super nice, pictures looked good.

Great ramen place. Wish the flavors were a bit stronger. Over all not bad. The extra sides were a little bit pricey compared to other ramen places. Extra bamboo and extra egg cost 4.00. Have to say they do give a larger portion on the side but 2.00 for a egg is a bit over priced. Not bad place though.

Great bowls of ramen for reasonable prices! Perfect for cold nights in the desert. The Tonkotsu broth is deep in flavor, rich, and comforting, but it’s not only to the point that you feel greasy after eating it. Noodles are good and pretty standard. I love how they already include so many toppings and the egg with each bowl so you don’t have to pay extra. You get huge portions and end up paying less than $15 per person including tax and tip. Service was friendly and the decor was simple but functional. It’s a small restaurant and they get busy, so come earlier to avoid waiting! Definitely on par with some of the ramen place I’ve been to in DC!

Not a traditional Japanese ramen store. I guess it is operated by Chinese so the soup base flavor is not too salty. I personally like this type of flavor. I dine in and take out several times. I like their karage (fried chicken). Make sure you ask for spicy mayo sauce. That is a plus for the karage
