I have been here twice in the past month. Good experiences, good food, and the shop was clean. You can tell the staff are new, since it just opened, but they seemed enthusiastic and polite. I read some bad reviews that scared me, so I went the second time, and have no complaints.

Was excited to see this come in town – I’m in the middle of a move so I needed something quick and yummy. Got the Buffalo chicken sandwich annnnnd it was literally just chicken, none of the other toppings?? Haha I kind of just had to giggle but better luck next time I suppose.

I was so excited about this location in Mequon. Unfortunately, it’s incredibly dirty and the people working are very rude. The outside eating area is so gross with old food everywhere!

I love Jersey Mike’s but was very disappointed in this location.there were posters in the windows advertising a grand opening special. I wanted to take advantage of that and was told it had expired. Pointed out the date on the poster they said that was a misprint. Yet the posters were still hanging in the window! Another gentleman was also in there and upset about it. Not a good way to start a business. Also all the tables were greasy dirty need to be wiped off When a customer leaves. I will never visit this location again.

The trash was overflowing, there was trash all over the bathroom floor, food and crumbs on the tables and chairs, the workers were lazy, not friendly, and unenthused. Figure it out. And please don’t reply with some reply saying you take your business very seriously blah blah blah. Total joke.

The Wisconsin health department needs to make a visit…the cross-contamination is to be of concern…I am allergic to cheese so I told them no cheese…what do they do….they cut several slices of cheese on their meat slicer and then cut the meat that they put onto my sandwich…and yep cheese ended up on my sandwich….then the customer in front of me ordered extra mayo…..the mayo was all over the prep’ers hands she made my sandwhich and mayo was all over my bun….and they proceeded to set the sandwiches on the countertop vs a cutting board….not a clean environment, especial for a franchise that has been around…Use your own judgement, I know I won’t return. OH BTW my sandwich was all soggy, thus i thew most of it away. Went down the street to a different place had a wonderful sandwich.
