I went through the drive thru about noon and customer service was non existent, we received our food and sat in the car to eat, the curly fries were hard and appeared old and very oily. The roast beef sandwichs were okay, not really even warm.

What a wonderful place. Even in the midst of the power outage, the crew was exceptionally noteworthy, working with countless people who are simply hungry, tired, and some were a bit upset. The crew’s professionalism was outstanding!

I guess I shouldn’t have gone there 30 minutes before closing time. I think someone just cooked up a bunch of their new hamburgers, and then put them in some kind of warmer, because these 2 were so dried out that there wasn’t a bit of juice left in them.

Fast and friendly. They made a mistake in our order, and they fixed it before we even knew it was wrong!! Clean restaurant. My only suggestion is to bring back the potato cakes! I miss them.

Absolute best Arby’s in town! Friendly staff and FAST. By the time I ordered and was getting my drink my food was hot and ready. Watched as a group of 10 came in and the same speed was achieved with the same customer service. Whatever staff was working on this date and time stamp deserves high praise and marks.
