Excellent lemon ice blended drinks, their custard is actually really decent- takes slightly more time to melt than ice cream does, the service is TOP OF THE LINE! I haven’t seen nor experienced true excellent customer service in quite a long time now and it was a great feeling to have that experience again.

The restaurant is clean, and typically very nice to eat at. Culvers is always welcoming younger/experienced staff with a great place to work, and even better customer service. I enjoy the diverse menu and cook to order persona. I have noticed a big increase with the staff attitude and training. Order accuracy could still use some improvement but I believe this is based on training with the ordering system at the counter. Thanks for serving the community!

I gave 3 orders, my order burger culvert deluxe 1 patty no onions and no pickle. Pull forward and look at my recipe and saw bacon burger. When she brought it out to me and read back. I told her I don’t even like bacon on my burger. They read it back to you fast that you don’t catch it. This is the 3rd time its happen. It wasn’t busy yet.

You walk in and they take your order. But first you have the opportunity to view the large menu of the various foods. My wife and l had crispy chicken sandwich and a single butter burger. We got fries and onion rings. Very good. Everything was fresh and was fixed, then delivered to our table. Very nice. Choice of many tables and booths. Handicapped parking on East side of building. Then we had a caramel cashew sundae and a turtle sundae. So yummy but the tummy said, you shouldn’t have. Lol. All this food for about $30 for the 2 of us. Lot of value for good, enjoyable food. Price is about same or less than other equivalent places, but we feel the food is better. Try it. You’ll like it.

Finally made it to a Culvers, and we were not disappointed. I was surprised at how clean and efficient the restaurant was – employees also generally seemed to enjoy working there, and the food was good. Definitely much better than average burger places like In ‘n Out. Will go here again when I get an urge for a fast food burger. I was actually impressed at how well run this business is, which is often difficult to say nowadays with most other fast food chains.
