One blonde female was rude. She had a bad attitude. Before my group left she was on her phone in the back, she sneezed out all over the mobile pick up stuff then went back to playing on her phone. The floors were extremely slick with pop and ice on the floor.

So the drive thru struggles to get an order correct and a quick check of your order is a must, this is the highest priced KFC I have ever visited, an order of what we expect to be a good deal can empty your pocketbook in just a minute. I feel the average order for 2 persons could easily reach close to $40.

I went there on July 8th . A young girl named Macy R. Waited on me. I walked in but placed 2 separate orders to go. Macy was such a lovely person, sweet, kind, and super friendly. I got home they accidentally got my 12 pc nugget mixed up with another person who walked in also and I ended up woth liver lol. I called up there the manager Sarah was so nice and apologized and wrote my name on a board. Macy and Sarah were the absolute best people I’ve ever encountered in fast food. Now I decided to go back today since they were gonna replace my 12 pc nugget bc i couldn’t go back out last night. Well I also went ahead and ordered more food for me and my family. I placed 2 orders that I paid cash for and then they were replacing the 12 piece from last night. From the moment I walked in the cashier tonight was rude, her name was Rachel. She kept getting smart with me bc she said i couldn’t substitute a biscuit for a drink, even tho I told her I would pay difference. Then I asked for a drink holder and she refused to get me one. Another member got it for me bc i asked them. When I asked for the 12 pc nugget they owe me, I was treated very rude by Rachel and the girl Alesha who does the thumb prints. Like I was in the wrong or lying. Then as she rudly hands me my stuff she refused to get me any sauce and I again had to ask the drive in girl, who was the cashier from the night before , macy, to get me BBQ sauce. Then Rachel went to the back with a male employee and the Alesha girl and started to talk about me where i could hear, along with the other customers. I asked her to stop bc that’s rude. I really want to leave no stars, but Macy and the manager Sarah the one who wrote my name down are the only reason I’m giving it 5 stars. I’ve already called corporate and will be calling them again. If Rachel and Alesha treat everyone the way i was treated then I feel sorry for them. How does someone with such poor attitude allowed to be a manager or a cashier? Now Macy and the older woman manager Sarah the manager on the night of the 8th deserve a raise or promotion bc they are the only reason I’m giving 5 stars giving.

My husband placed an order today and later stopping to eat, we discovered there was no straw for a drink, and 2nd drink wasn’t listed, and wings had been ordered ( which they seemed to not know what he was talking about, he asked for it twice and told how many– much talking closeby) . He did not recieve wings but actual chicken wings. So of course very disappointed with the service. May be some time before we try it again.

I ordered a 16 piece original bucket (which included 4 sides and biscuits) plus a bacon swiss chicken sandwhich. Get home, realize all they gave me was the bucket of chicken, 2 mashed potatoes and a mac n cheese. They left out all the biscuits, a side of greenbeans and the chicken sandwhich. I drive all the way back (attempting to call them for the entire 13 minute drive and the line stayed busy the whole time) and provided them my receipt and bag of food they originally gave me. They take the food to the back to “itemize it.” After a while they give me just a bag containing the greenbeans and chicken sandwhich and told me to have a nice night. I explained I was still missing the entire original bag of food they took, plus the biscuits. They apologized and tried to give me a Door Dash order. I advised that wasnt my food, and they tried to give me another door dash order with drinks. I reminded them, again, of what my bag of food contained. They brought me my original bag of food, apologized and told me to have a nice night. I told them they were still forgetting my biscuits. They gave me a box of biscuits, and I left with what I thought was all of my food, only to realize when I got home that they had taken the side of mac n cheese out of my original bag, for whatever reason, and not given it back. $60.00 and two trips, and they still managed to cluster-eff it.
