We don’t get pizza here often, but every time, the few times we have, it hasn’t been good. Doesn’t matter if we stop in or order it delivered. The one time (first time) using delivery. Ordered a custom order of half supreme and half just ham. Got delivered a whole supreme, and when I called about it, I got told to bring it in. I ordered delivery for a reason, i was busy. Didn’t order delivery anymore. Stopping in wasn’t any better. Stopped in twice, got a hot n ready and breadsticks both times. Always had to wait 15 plus minutes walking in or drive thru. So unorganized, and lack of training it seems.

If I could give 0 stars !!! I would almost waited dang near 40 mins over miscommunication between the workers. Little girl in there with black red hair don’t need to work in customer service . Absolutely Rude for no reason over something so little that could have been fixed no problem

I know the place closes at 9 and I felt bad for how late we arrived. It was 8:45 and we ordered two pizzas, but when we asked if it was possible to order still they said of course. The lady took my 20 bucks and said it’d be ready right before 9. I told her we’d be right back, I had to go pick up another friend while we waited for the pizza. She told me it’d be fine. We came back at 9 pm on the dot, and I circled the whole store looking for anyone. Lights were off, the parking lot didn’t have a single car. The next day I called asking for a refund or if we at least could get our pizzas now and they said no to both, saying they don’t do refunds for late orders and that we’d have to buy the food again. Called corporate and they said that was stupid and gave me my refund. I understand our order was late, but if they couldn’t give us our food at 9 when they close (not 9:05, we were there AT 9), then they shouldn’t have taken my money and said they could do it. Poor customer service.

Horrible worst pizza place ever I swear it should be shut down or have entire new staff I ordered a pizza on the app by the time it told me it was done and ready and I got here at the time it said they were closed and I got charged for a pizza I didn’t even get worst store ever. Highly unsatisfied cleveland is way better and the pizza is actually hot and fresh.

Most everytime I try to call in an order, no one will answer the phone. I called 10 times today while waiting to pick up my child at school. Never got an answer. I would use them more often if it weren’t for this issue. Guess it will be Domino’s from now on. Zero stars from me.
