The food was awful. The servers weren’t wearing any hairnets and don’t know basic items that are on the menu. I ordered a grilled cheese and the literally put cheese on between two pieces of bread and gave it. When I told them I wanted it toasted they toasted the INSIDE OF THE SANDWICH.

The customer service is terrible. I went through the drive-thru and asked for their new turtle latte drink. Going to the window to pick up my order, I double-checked to make sure it was correct. However, it was wrong. I can’t have cows milk, so I asked if it could be remade with oat milk they refused, and also refused to give me back my money. I do not recommend coming to this location!!!!

I just left the drive thru . I ordered three doughnits. One lemon filled and two plain doughnuts.The lemon filled doughnut was fresh. The two plain doughnuts were old, stale and hard as a rock.They were uneatable.They knew the doughnuts were old and sold them to me anyway. I didn’t want to burn gas to take two old doughnuts back so I threw them away. I will never buy doughnuts from Dunkin Doughnut on Greenfield..

We could barely hear the lady who takes the order at the drive through (6:30 p.m. today). We ordered bavarian kreme munchkins, but she said they inly had jelly munchkins, so we ordered 2 bavarian kreme donuts instead and she gave us Boston kreme. We tried contacting the branch to complain, but no one was picking up!!!
