Took 10 minutes to order, customer ahead of me left because she waited too long. Drive thru was using regular counter register instead of drive thru register, taking up time of customers in store, making us wait longer. I get it is a busy time but even so, should not ignore customers coming in to focus 75% of efforts on drive thru only. Felt like they were ignoring us.

Ordered two hot mocha lattes this morning- the large one was cold. I don’t mean like a cold brew or frappe, I mean they literally gave me a latte that was cold. I don’t even know how that is physically possible?! You literally make them with steam. The ticket taped on the side even said Hot latte, they served it in a hot cup. And it was cold ??!!! The small latte was barely warm and tasted like swamp water. Never again-

Second time in a week I went to get donuts and they had NO donuts. Completely empty at 10:45 am and the other 1pm. Good lord. The orders are mostly wrong and cold. The donuts at times were in fact stale and gross. Just a terrible dunkin.

This morning my order was entirely wrong. We were shorted a sandwich, all of the sandwiches came with veggies eggs which we did not order. The bread on one sandwich had very visible mold. The match latte was half empty because they forgot the milk. And drink were missing sugar and flavoring syrups.

Don’t go if you don’t want to wait 30 min for a drink. This is the absolute slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to, located in a high traffic area that’s kind of a pain to get out of.

I’ve been to this location approximately 5 times throughout last year. Every time I go to this location, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Firstly, every time I go, the drive thru line takes an extremely long time in comparison to other Dunkin’ drive thru’s. Secondly, when I receive my food or drinks, they either give me the wrong item or there is something made incorrectly. This morning I ordered an iced caramel macchiato (something that I’ve been ordering a lot recently at various Dunkin’ locations) and what I got was a huge amount of milk with lots of ice, and barely any coffee and caramel – overall pale in color and bland in flavor and definitely lacking in comparison to other locations. The only reason I occasionally went here was because of the distance to me but based on today and past experiences, I will never go there again and I don’t recommend this location unless you’re desperate for a coffee run and it’s the closest one near you to get your coffee fix.
