Placed a mobile order. Came through drive through for pick up. Still had to wait 15 minutes. Upon pick up they were out of 2/3 drink options I had selected. Orange in the kids meal was moldy. We were also missing the chips to go with queso. Won’t be visiting this location again.

Hair all in my food, gave me dirty looks and attitude when i asked for a refund. No one in the whole place is wearing a hair net but dont worry they are wearing their masks! paid 17 dollars for poor service, no sour cream, no chips, no napkins, no silverware. Do not ruin ur lunch break here.

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LOCATION!!! I WAS SERVED “RAW CHICKEN”!!!!!!!!! NOT UNDER- COOKED BT RAW!!! It’s not my location bt had a stop at RoylOk Post Offc & this is a new CHIPOTLE that was once Sonic who also had Poor product AND service at this location! CHIPOTLES were out of ‘bowls’ so I opt for Burritos. It was too far to bring back! Tried calling Bt their system won’t allow Customer Service calls! Tried Online to report bt their system was down & have not been able to forward the complaint. I noticed it taste totally different & had NO chicken Chew or Taste it was like eating ‘MUSH’! After a few Bites I decided not to eat anymore & among inspection discovered the MUSH Experience was RAW MEAT! I was Shocked! I got sick on the stomach for the remainder of the night until mid-morning! There’s apparently Insufficient Quality Control & other customers before me had Chicken. This could have been a bigger disaster & may still be. I returned the next & spoke to the Mgr & requested a FULL REFUND. NO Apologies! I’m moving more & more away from Fast Food “Bt Tips are Expected” bt I thought for Good Service & Food & I tipped!

There are some really god awful chipotle locations, so the bar is already extremely low, but this location has to be in the running for the absolute worst in the entire country. They literally never have food. I come here for a bowl and they are missing half of the ingredients. I guess just fill the bowl with sour cream and I’ll go pound sand. I don’t know if it’s an ordering problem, if they anticipate how much food they need to have in the store for every day and then cut it in half, but to be out of steak and chicken and brown rice and fajita veggies by 1230 on a Friday is just ridiculous. Figure it out!

Honestly, one of the worst places to go I’ve tried so many times to be patient with the place but it seems like every single time that I go. There’s some thing that they’re out of and it’s very normal things that they should not be out of being at a chicken, makes no sense being out of chips makes no sense. These are all easily manageable and if you’re a good manager, you should be able to understand how to keep good stock.

Hands down the worst Chipotle in the area. Never can get an online order correct. All my orders are skimped on every ingredient. When I’ve gone inside to place my order hoping that would make anything better they’ve just told me they have no food left to offer. I worked at Chipotle for 4 years and this is embarrassing.

Most of the people that work here seem to be cool for the most part, but they never have the bar stocked. 12:30pm on a Tuesday, why are there no beans/proteins missing? Why are you only taking online orders @ 8:30 on a Wednesday night. Can’t even place an online order because when they inevitably mess it up because they don’t have all the ingredients you requested Chipotle corporate will do nothing but poo on you.

I made the mistake of ordering here, when I know very well how poorly this chipotle is operated. I thought by me tipping for carry out, I would have a decent meal prepared. WRONG. Doesn’t matter if you order extra, you’re not getting it. Very disappointed

Do NOT order from this Chipotle, they are too lazy to make veggies, even when you order a veggie bowl. I ordered a veggie bowl at 7:30 on the app for in store pick up at 8. It wasn’t on the shelf when the app said it was, they had to grab it from the drive thru area. Also, when I got the order home there were no fajita veggies in the bowl. There was ample opportunity to call me and tell me they couldn’t fill my order, but they gave me no warning and no chance to cancel.
