Absolutely terrible. I went when they first opened back up. The gizzards were so overcooked I couldn’t eat them. Biscuits were so hard. Decided to try them again today. Waited an hour in line, just to get half my order. Ordered 12 gizzard dinner box and got six. Get it together. Smh

Had lunch from there today been waiting for it to reopen but I had a liver dinner and the biscuits and fries were apparently left over from yesterday and the gravy was horrible was able to eat the livers but threw the rest out !! Was not what it used to be I used to eat there at least twice a week probably won’t go back !!!

Biscuits was little as hell, but the taste I remember from being a kid was still there. Keep up the good work. But the customer service though… I pulled up to pay, and it sounded like a gossip mill… She told me my price and went straight back to cackling. No hi how are you or a welcome to jack pirtles… Nothing… But moving to the next window… Sat there for bout 10 minutes before my food was given to me, but the guy that passed my food out the window had a nice smile, and a pleasant demeanor. Otherwise, I probably would’ve given it 3 stars.

Food was hot and fresh! Great service. I gave the food 3 *’s because my livers had a burnt taste to them. I’m not sure why it how at 11:30 a.m. They were cooked just right. Not to hard, beautiful color. I’m willing to give them another try. First time ever visiting this location.

The front window was closed. So, I went to the drive thru. After waiting in line for 15 minutes. One of the workers came out and , informed everyone in line that they were out of Chicken. ( A chicken place, out of Chicken.) But, they could do any other combo.. But, it would take awhile because they had only 2 employees. ( There goes 45 minutes I can never get back.)

I stopped by this place on my way home after visiting my Aunt. It was between 9 and 10pm. The service was good. They cooked some fresh chicken tenders for my order and it was worth the wait. I have not been to this one in a long time but the food is still good.
