The employee did not take my order correctly. The jeans he had on were horribly dirty and never should of been wearing them around food. Attitude of the employees was bad. Arguing about ketchup being empty. Walking away when customers are waiting. No smile. Bought 2 shakes at almost $5 per shake. They were not even full. I said something to the manager as I waited for the food. All I got was excuses, ice cream is hard to scoop, they have to use a special temperature spoon. Horrible service.

Hardees in Huntington has awesome food, a lot of meal for the money! Their friscoburger is very awesome, and huge! Really a delight! In addition we tried their chicken tenders, and they were very awesome as well! With ranch dip! So good! Really excellent service at their drive- up window today! Truly recommend Herders in Huntington, they are excellent at an affordable price

So in my experience, I visited the Huntington IN Hardee’s, I purchased the big ham and switch sandwich, the sandwich didn’t seem right so I addressed the manager, I asked her how many ounces are on the big ham and swiss, she said double the meat, I said ma’am I get that, but how many ounces are on the sandwich. I swear I asked her like 3 times. Well she told me she did not know. I said well what size is the regular ham and Swiss she told me it’s smaller than that, I thought wow how pathetic.

Waiting a long time for food then gave our food bag to another person and I watched that person stick his hand in the bag moving food around then takes bag back to Manager then tells the guy to take it to us. This order should have been remade. Very unhappy with this store.

I went to Hardee’s tonight here in Huntington Indiana and I’ve never really had this problem before at other Hardee’s but this location has gotten worse and worse it seems. First, if you’re expecting to get a nice piping hot cheeseburger here, look somewhere else because almost every time that I have gone to this particular location the meat is lukewarm while everything else is hot and the vegetables are over nuked. However, tonight for the first time in a long time I received the most disgustingly greasy big hardee sandwich of all time. The burger was rolled up in so much grease that the bottom bun was completely smashed in and almost disintegrated from how wet it was & the lettuce was completely destroyed, it had way too much cheese & I could have poured the grease off of the wrapper from how much grease there was. This location needs to really step up their selection of workers and Cooks or it won’t last long.
