Ordered over the phone while looking at the menu on THEIR website. Order should have been $43.00 for what I ordered. Over the phone the girl said $49.00 and when I picked up the food it was $50.76. The girl could provide no explanation for the price difference and it appeared that there is an upcharge to use a debit card. The prices online also do not match what your charged in store. As for the food. I’m with other reviewers, the steaktips were tiny and only a couple in each mini salad. and you pay way too much for the quantity and quality of food received. This is the second bad experience in 3 visits. The other bad thing was they left the main ingredient off of a signiture pizza, when I called all the girl said was, really? Wasnt even apologetic. I will not return.

Tried them at least 5 times.( Shame on me) Disappointed every time. Same as all the other Businesses. Charging way too much, given way too little. Last thing ordered was a chicken finger sub. $13. Couldn’t find the chicken or the vegetables.. Sad..

Absolute horror. Online ordering is unclear and when we called to complain that we received a wrong item, they told us they could send out the correct order if we paid another delivery fee as “this is how our drivers get tips”….bologna. Also the female “manager”, who sounds about 12teen, is extremely rude. She needs to be directed on correct customer service. Will never order from here again.

Placed an online order, selection for fries is unclear. Wanted curly fries, selected “house fries.” Wound up with fries covered in greek dressing and feta. Called to ask for replacement fries, was told by a girl who sounded EXTREMELY young that not only would I have to pay for the replacement/correct fries, but I would also have to pay an additional delivery fee. “Unfortunately I can’t waive that.” I told her I would like to speak to a manager, and she said she was speaking. I explained we order from them all the time, and asked if she is a so-called “manager” why the delivery fee cannot be waived, to which she came back with “I didn’t write the website.” Excuse me? Then she added “The delivery fee is how our drivers get paid.” Incorrect. Delivery fee goes to the house, drivers make hourly plus tips. The drivers are not getting paid an ABSURD $4.25 per delivery. I would like to add, I live ONE MILE from Pomodori. She put me on hold to speak to the owner twice, he would not get on the phone with me directly and hid behind who sounds like a highschooler like a coward. The “resolution”, if one would even call it that, was that I was required to tip the driver the equivalent of the delivery fee in order to receive the correct item. After reading reviews on here about FECAL MATTER IN PIZZA BOXES I have entirely lost my appetite and will NEVER order from this place again. Returned the gross house fries, was refused a refund. Oh, and I asked the delivery driver if they get paid the delivery fees we are charged, to which she responded with “Sorry, no speak English.” Way to be, Pomodori. I hope this place gets shut down by the board of health. Ridiculous.
