Went in and ordered 2 to-go meals when it was not that busy. I was given my to-go plastic bag with my order and headed home. I get home and realize that they only put one of my entres in the bag, so I call and ask if my food is still there. The manager puts me on hold for way too long to tell me that yes my food is there. So, I head back. I get there and the cashier, Janessa, was laughing at the situation and she nor the manager apologized. I then get back to my house and when I start eating the 1st meal (veggie spring rolls and fried rice) I realize 1/2 way thru eating that the veggie spring roll is actually a chicken egg roll. I’ve been a vegetarian for 15 years. I call back and they don’t offer me a refund or anything. Very terrible experience, avoid here and go to any other place.. Leann chin is 100x’s better

In 1997 I came to MN from Chicago. I worked at the Mall of America the Panda Express at the mall was one the top fast food restaurants. It was phenomenal food. Starting 2015 as today the food hasn’t been the same. No flavor, the way the fried rice is cooked is not acceptable. The way it’s cooked and the flavor is not real fried rice. I visited 5 Panda Express only because my daughters would wanna go. It’s sad to see that such a good restaurant went from having a good quality taste of food and ended going somewhere else. My review wasn’t to offend no one because I know this a successful company.

Food was cold. The chicken was dry and cold. Had to drowned my chicken in sauce just to eat.The item we asked to make fresh was made but took them 18 mins to make. The rice we Recieved had a large chunk that wasnt cooked at all. The over all experience was dreadful.

Very overpriced for what you get – I ordered beef and broccoli and got 4 or 5 small pieces of beef. Very bland also. I had to use a bunch of hot mustard to give the food some sort of taste. Stick to mom and pop Chinese places.

G-muhtha-truckin wilkers, panda express I’m use to yal never putting my teriyaki sauce in a Togo container and that’s fine because you guys have the BEST fast food Asian chicken with or without the sauce. But yal literally dogged me out like I’ma ungreatful side chick posting comments on your baby mama wall… Im very disappointed

Made an order for catering, and I got a text saying its ready for pickup at 12:11 pm. Im thinking nice they finished the food early. Head there and they tell me I can’t pick up the food until 1 even though its done and I’m staring right at it. . Never again lol
