I’ve been going to this Steak Out since 2008 when I first moved to Alabama. I love their steak tips and Parmesan Chicken Breast! I normally do order ahead and pick up so that I can take advantage of the free drink, and I get a sweet tea no lemon. In all the years I have patronized this business I have had maybe one or two hiccups but they were taken care of immediately. They are always busy but for the life of me I can’t see how they keep so consistent. Great place to eat for carry out. Only concern I keep having is they keep forgetting my steak sauce but luckily each time the steak never needs it. I recommend.

New to the southeast US and this place is close to our house. I got a burger and a baked potato. all the items cam on the side, which was smart because when you get to go food having soggy food at home is the worst so I appreciated that! The burger wasn’t anything special but it wasn’t bad. The baked potato was incredible. It wasn’t the most impressive meal I’ve had but I would love to try something other than a burger because I feel that they’ve got other food I was really enjoy. I’ll definitely be back.

This place would have had a perfect 5 stars… But… I had just one complaint. This was our 1st time here and I was approached by a very nice young man and he was helpful with taking our order and honest telling us the wait would be about 30 minutes.. but upon receiving our order we did not check it and had a 30 minute drive ahead of us which when we got to our destination and unloaded the order .. all 3 of our kids only had sandwiches.. there was no chips. This was a big deal too. Our one child was so upset. And there was no point in my calling to complain or driving back. It was my negligence for not checking the order .. and completely trusting the employees. All in all .. I will return. Thank you.

Ruby (Steak Out Manager-Shelton Road) is truly a jewel! I have lived in the Madison area for nearly 15 years but I am a Huntsville native. This is hands down the best location. If I have ever had any problems, Ruby has always fixed any issue. I rarely have issues and enjoy every bite. After ordering from this location over the past 15 years, the food is still great and better than any Steak Out location. I may be bias but I have visited all locations on countless occasions as well. This location is by far the best. Quick delivery, hot food and friendly staff! I can’t forget Faith… she is always kind and nice as well!
