Walking in there were 5 employees standing in the kitchen area by the soda fountain talking and being very loud, I got a soda and was waiting for my husband to get a sub sandwich. While we were waiting for 5 mins while they all stood and continued to talk and called someone else over. While he was walking over his nose was running and decided to rub it on his sleeve and we let it slide because we were hungry but after he told us that the bread was moldy that they could only use wraps he continued to touch his nose and his face. He did this three more times while standing there. He put on gloves to get the wraps out and DIDNT wash his hands we decided to not get any because that’s disgusting!!! After walking away and waiting to pay for my soda the employees continue to laugh and comments about us while we’re still standing in line. I told the cashier who was very nice that she needed to tell someone to let him know he needs to wash his hands. After the employees heard what I said to the cashier they laughed obnoxiously loud. I just thought it was RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The red haired lady was very rude and we will be sure to let everyone know

The Casey’s in South Roxanna Illinois has me feeling like a Karen today because I had to call corporate on them. I ordered a large breakfast pizza this morning and upon arriving for the pizza every employee working today was rude to me. It was like they were upset I ordered a pizza and came to pick it up. IT IS ABSURD HOW MEAN THEY WERE TO ME, especially with it being the Holidays. BEWARE THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY MEAN AND THEY OBVIOUSLY HATE WORKING THERE If you are having a bad day already please don’t step foot in that particular Casey’s..

Got gas, card readers were malfunctioning for both my and the customers pumps around me. If you want a customer to pay first, at least make sure the pumps work if you want business.
