They had a malfunction where the screens were not showing all of the items on the orders but our attendant at the window advised us of the issue and apologized. Of course we did not have any issue what so ever. They were great and the food was hot. The drinks were perfect as well.

This review is for those coffee hunters in the after hours (11pm to 3am). This Dunkin (by Town & Country) has a sweet older lady that makes great coffee and provides great service. She is the night shift lady. However she’s training some new lady that makes horrible lattes. It’s so bad, that we had to return a coffee twice…in row. The older lady saved the night, made a 3rd one and it was really good. Worst is that the new lady didn’t want to help us anymore. She was angry even though she literally messed up twice (latte was literally missing coffee…). I will be avoiding this place when she’s the one handling the coffee machines.

I had to go inside because no one was tending the drive-thru. When I went inside, there was a school-age child about 5-6 years old. He was playing in the back room and kept coming out into the food area. They took long to tend to me, and then to give me my food. One of the ladies working did not seem to know how to work the register or tend to the customers.

Super disappointing experience. I came in for a iced chai latte (which I always get) and they gave me matcha (which is green) — I told them this is not my drink and then they gave me just a cold brew…again I said this is not my drink and the lady proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know what a chai latte is and they’re too busy to figure it. I was shocked and disappointed paying for something I never got.

20 minutes to get an Americano and bottled water through the drive thru. I get the person ahead might’ve had a bigger order, but that’s when you pull them ahead to not backup the whole line. This man will not be running on Dunkin anymore!

Amazing staff, never more than 2-3 people and yet the drive-thru line keeps moving fairly quickly. We ordered 4 drinks and it was about 5 minutes total wait. They were delicious and why I visit regularly. Keep up the good work!

Walked in no one else in the store 3 service persons working. Waited over 5 minutes. Ordered 3 drinks 1 muffin 1 donut, asked that the muffin be warmed 3x. Got 2 coffee drinks and the muffin. Had to ask again to have muffin heated again. Sat down to wait. Did not get donut or cold coffee drink until I went back up and asked for it. Tried to get one of the 3 employees attention-was totally ignored. I’m very tall so the argument that she did not see me is void. Don’t understand this! 2 of 3 employees were working hard.
