Dang- just so delicious. They were very busy but took my order quickly and got it out in a reasonable time. I ordered a side of the chicken – it was mouth watering, juicy, and delicious. The bbq sauce was amazing too. The Mac and cheese was wonderful – I’m somewhat of a Mac and cheese connoisseur, and this was high on my list. Depth in the flavor, bread crumbs toasted perfectly. 10/10. Plus the atmosphere of pikes place is a blast.

Absolutely killer bbq. I went with the medium hot brisket sandwich, side of smoked mac n cheese and pickles. Medium hot def leaves some heat, but nothing crazy. Mac n cheese is great, creamy and smoky. Pickles are sweet with a little kick – they brine them with ancho chilis and it works. Staff is awesome too!

Good flavor and great service! We got there at the end of the day, so we got the last half rack of ribs, the last three links, the last two turkey legs, and we tried the chicken since they had some. The chicken needed a bit more flavor; a good brine would do the trick, the ribs and turkey leg was tasty, but the sausage was nothing to write home about. I would stop in again if I’m ever back in Seattle at Pike Place Market. That’s a huge statement coming from these Texans!!! #GoCowboys

We found this gem in Pike place market and ordered one brisket sandwich to share. And since then we regret for not ordering many to take with us. It was AMAZING!!!! So tender, juicy and not very sweet and still delicious. The guys working here are so nice and helpful too!

Ribs are firm and too salty even without the dipping sauce. The brisket sandwich was also too salty. The Smoky Mac & cheese was nice though. I doubt I will ever be coming back. Might get something from the supermarket hot foods if this bbq is considered good.
